My name is Anindya Saha I want to withdraw some amount from 1xbet account. I have been told by worst customer service sbout some odds and I have play more so I have played sd adjusted their odds to withdraw my amount because I need some emergency funds. So I called their worst customer service where they misbehave always and told I have to send the kyc document and selfie to securities security-en@1xbet-team.com. I have sent them my documents and I am following up with customer support team but they are saying they cant help me for security team and I have to wait for their security team to email but I have not received any single email from them. They are doing total fraud with me. A bug fraud company where they don't have proper customer service and when they have to pay from their side they are doing drama just not to pay. I have total 26661 amount in my account ajd they are simple doing fraud for withdrawal. A big scam and fraud company. Its my request to bypass my security unblock my account as I have already submitted KYC document snd selfie.
