I have only Positive things to share. First, all the items I needed was in the Bedford Giant Eagle Store. The store was clean and all was good. At the checkout, the cashier was very friendly as she did her job WELL.

The cahier's name is CASHAI. She do a wonderful job on behalf of Giant Eagle and herself.

I look for quality ground meat when shopping but it lately has been hit or miss with quality. I’ve bought a package of ground meat when I got home to divide it for the freezer to my surprise it was all but black on the inside. I understand that they have to regains meat to get it sold but this is alittle extreme almost to the point of dangerous. This isn’t the case for all of there stores I hope but mine in New Castle Pa on Wilmington rd. Don’t miss understand I love my store but this kind of stuff has to stop!

My name is teleka brown and yes I'm feeling long a complaint because it's a lot of stuff in the store I don't approve of and one of the complaints is kids being on their phone when people are at they register and getting smart with grown adults not doing anything but talking and playing on they phones running around the store i think two of the kids were having sex with each other upstairs the gir was taking her break and the dude went upstairs too and they were doing something the same girl lied saying they took one of the dudes phone and she didn't do that I was watching it then the kids don't clean up we asked them multiple times about the phones and the 16 year old girl told me to tell the team leader to kiss her [censored] but I never told her that

I have been a customer of Giant Eagle for many years and shop there two or three times a week. The staff are always helpful, friendly, and courteous.

I am very disappointed, however, since Giant Eagle started the new program on the 25th of January. I had no idea that the 30% I had already earned from previous purchases would no longer be available. On the previous shopping I did on January 18, 2024, the receipt clearly stated 30% (20% redeemable on one transaction), and I was 16 perks away from earning my next reward. This was only six days before the new program. It in no way indicated that the 30% would expire or be removed.

It was my intention this week to do a large shop as I always do when I have 20%. I usually spend $300 to $400, which is a savings of $60 to $80. On my latest receipt it stated I could save $17.00 or 10%. Hardly an honest deal and absolutely unacceptable.

Since the total switch over from fuel perks to my perks, over the past week,, I lost what $ was due to me. On 1/27/24, before purchasing $225 of gift cards, I had 70 cents in fuels perks. After todays purchase there is no increase from the.70. It states on the slip that I can have $12 off gas. What happened to the.70?.70 x 30 gallons = a savings of $21, not $12 dollars, after the additional $225 was spent on gift cards. Giant Eagle is a joke. I will no longer shop there. Cant wait for a newer food chain to take over this area. It's long over due.

I shop at the Cityview Giant Eagles and continue to notice how the items that are placed on the one day 99 cents sale are often sold out before the day gets started good.

I shop here very regularly and today I wanted to get the ribs that were on sale for 1 day only I went around 1:00pm and was told they were out since that morning around 11am. This happens much too often at this store.

What happened to rain checks, this special was advertised for well over a week as a 1 day sale. If it's meant for special people only why advertise it. And the poor worker's are put in a bad situation trying to explain why they never have enough.

I glad that Northeast Ohio is starting to get more supermarkets, (Meyer's) for one. Maybe the ones we have will start to think about the shoppers who have been loyal to them.

Last month I used this location to fill my prescriptions. I was given prescriptions that were not the prescriptions. My doctor prescribed, and then I came to look in my prescription history online and found two individual prescriptions filled. for each individual prescription.So it shows that there was a prescription for 30 mg and a prescription for 20 mg that I did not pick up each has its own prescription number four prescription numbers total, and I only picked up two of the four that is showing was filled

I have not received bonus fuel perks the last few times I have done the survey. they have always been submitted more than 2-3 weeks apart. I usually write it down on my calendar to make sure I don't do it before the 15 days. At first I thought it was because my husband got gas and that's why it didn't add on. The next time I had him wait 4 days before he got gas, that still didn't work.

I just did a survey today, so we'll see next week, before I go shopping again if it added the perks.

I bought a care touch thermometer on 11/16/23 at giant eagle in liberty ohio!

When I got home I was very disappointed that it was being sold as new and had been used. Inside the box to my surprise was a Gaia t receipt from 9/24/23. Obviously it had been sold used then returned. I thought I was buying brand. This is extremely upsetting

The incident took place November 8th around 7:25pm the store manger spoke to me as if I was a kid and was really rude and unprofessional he then proceeded to tell me to get out the store publicly embarrassing me, I feel like he could’ve came to me in a different matter I want him to know speaking to his guest like this makes them feel uncomfortable and not want to shop there anymore

Was advertised, went every day no inventory of cereals for $. 49 boo berry, franken berry, count chocula... Employee's kept telling not in yet, today one employee told me it came in and sold out... Asked another in the cereal isle again told me it "never" came in...

Original plan was to buy 27 boxes and give out for halloween treats, that went to the wayside

Asked for a raincheck was told no longer giving rainchecks

For the second month in a row, I have a "bills & subscriptions" debit showing up on my Mastercard in the amount of my last grocery debit. It shows up as a pending transaction. Please look into this and correct it. I shop at the Avon Lake Giant Eagle on Lear Road. I frequently order online and pick up my order at this store. I didn't sign up for this.

Hello, Today is 10/16/2023 and I just spent over $350 dollars at my Hermitage,PA store. Why was the whole store changed to self check out? My husband and I had a very full cart of groceries. We got into the lane that was designated "full service". As the cashier was scanning the items, instead of bagging them, she pushed them all down to the end of the belt for me to bag. I'm sure it was not her fault but was told to do so. I ended up bagging most of the items myself as fast as I could. She helped me when other customers started lining up behind me. My family spends a lot of money at that store and I was really disgusted that I had to bag my own groceries. Have Giant Eagle store owners become so greedy that they can't pay cashiers? I have been shopping at this store since it opened but I think I need to check into other options. By the way, your survey website does not work.

Stopped at the getgo station for a tank of gas on 10/03/23 got my receipt and then proceeded to try to give some good reviews on the survey, but there was no information on the site! I spent 55.00 on fuel and my code is [protected]-[protected] I would appreciate if I could get my 10 perks because It wouldn’t let me take the survey! The points are extremely important to me!
