E/B hwy 20 at 251, Rockford Illinois at approx 10:47am. This t/t was tailgating my daughter and I witnessed it. This driver was reckless and unsafe and there is no excuse for any professional driver in a 15-40 ton t/t to be tailgating a small car that was traveling at the posted speed limit. I did call the police, but the Illinois state police were unable to locate the tractor trailer so I could find a complaint for its reckless and careless operation. See picture attached for additional information to identify this driver.

I received a phone call from Dr Suzan Steele MD, the company that did my drug screen, I missed the call and once I called back I was directed to Dr Lopez the (MRO) for Schneider trucking. Who called from an app number and told me my hair follicle test was positive for cocaine, how is it that out of two drug test only one came back positive? No way could it be such truth that any drugs are in my system. I just received my CDL a week ago and now I don’t know what to do, or should I just get a screening from another doctor's office and take it to Schneider but what would be the outcome of that? Don’t know what way to go from there.

Driver traveling over 60mph I-865 into merge lanes to I-465. Proceeded to pass us in the last 300 feet of the merge lane. We were traveling 60mph behind another 18 wheeler at a distance of about 1 1/2 car links. This Driver proceeded to pass us with no space or hesitation. Had my wife not slammed on the brakes to allow him to pass we would be a fatality statistic.

I am a professional driver for over 20 years, and I exited Houston School Rd eastbound behind a Schneider tracter (53148), trailer (TA150969). There are two left turning lanes to turn left on Houston School Rd going under interstate 20. I'm in the inside turning lane, the truck is in the outer. When the light turned green, the truck driver did not pull out towards the light before he turned to make a wide turn because you have cars on the inside. He went into his left turn with his tractor turning in the middle lane which causes all inside cars to stop because his trailer is following in our turning lane and proceeded to come all the way over to the left lane to to turn left at light headed back westbound. Had I not been the first driver in the left lane it probably would have been an accident. I don't know if he's a new driver, UT I'm reporting this because what he did was very dangerous, and needs to be addressed. The driver was a Caucasian male. Thanks for having a platform to help keep the roads safe.

Today 11/26/2022, these two trucks were driving side by side at approximately 15 miles an hour under the speed limit. This was on I 90 from the South Dakota/Minnesota border westbound for at least 10 miles. Several cars were stacked up behind them when they finally stopped their game. The weather was about 55 degrees and sunny.

Was this some sort of joke or was it something more sinister?

I call for a load broker answer I was about to give him load in formation he hand up on me call back he hand up on me I call back 8;30 another person answer I ask I want to talk to a manager he said which manager playing stupid is I call a load Ana anything happen what manager I will need the Mecanic like he toll me load 8H 418427 after they tra to blain me that I don’t let them talk and the second one said he was the manager you used aur insurance aur truck and driver paying a misarable price and treat us like [censored] some one have to report you people that’s way we will star recoding every call

Schneider National gave me the opportunity when I was at my lowest point and at the end of my rope. Schneider also challenged me in ways that I never thought and made me face some of my fears. Unfortunately, nature took its course and ended up on a 3 month medical leave. Lately, some or your decisions for my future have caused me my job, affected me financially and down sized my moral. I don’t understand if I am being harassed or have taken a turn of retaliation. All I did was tell the truth as per conversation from the team for a faster return-to-work option. I have been denied benefits, positions and end dates that I do not understands. You may not know but intentionally you are interfering with my ability to obtain future employment.

At approximately 7:45 a.m. on Friday July 29th I was sitting at a stoplight. The light turned green and a driver for a Schneider truck pictures of the trailer are being attached ran the red light and could have hurt somebody. This was on Burlington Pike in Burlington Kentucky. I was on the same path as a driver so following him up Burlington Pike he exceeded speeds of 60 miles an hour the speed limit in that area is 45 miles an hour he unsafely switched Lanes, cutting off a vehicle directly behind him even though he had a blinker on. He exited from Burlington Pike onto interstate 75 and that's where my following ended as I continued up Burlington Pike. Please see attached photos. Because I was behind him I cannot see the cab to get identification just the back of the trailer with the trailer number.

On 06/16/2022 in McAlester Oklahoma, driving South Bound on 69/George Nigh Expresseat, the driver in truck #TA139889 almost hit me going almost 30 over in a no passing work zone (speed radar caught his speed). I had to come to a complete stop to keep from being smashed by him as he cut me off in the no passing zone, trying to take the zipper lane, illegal in Oklahoma.

Semi driving westbound down Fremont pike in perrysberg Ohio, the semi pulled out in front of us, we were going about 55 ( the speed limit) and we had to slow down to 30 just so we didn’t hit him because he pulled out so close in front of us. His license plate number was p499815. Normally I wouldn’t complain but the actual danger this driver causes to the roads are not safe and or okay.

Friday April 22 7:45 AM near US Hgwy 31 south and 500 N. Columbus, IN

Truck driver had turn signal on and in turn lane. Pulled back out of the turn lane forcing me into oncoming traffic in the slow lane where i hit another pickup truck. Damage to both our vehicles, semi driver DID NOT STOP. Myself and other driver exchanged ins information and will be contacting ins. However the accident was due to the schneider driver. Who left the scene of the collision. Mary Belser [protected].

I believe Schneider is a nice company. There are some employees that are not very nice and I am experiencing that right now. I have been and still disrespected, very humiliated, extremely hurt to the point of tears. my intelligence has been assaulted and yet I am still working for the company. I an afraid of what might happen after sending in this comment but now I do not care anymore. maybe someone finally would like to hear my side before judging and talking behind my back.

I'm watching one of your drivers southbound Highway 55 in Illinois approximate mile marker 35 heading towards St Louis running people off the road. Causing guys to hit their brakes hard. And then what appears to be a brake check on an RV. He did a bunch of [censored] hand gestures to me. Thursday evening March 24th 5:11 p.m. Central Time

In 2019 Schneider National placed a 24-hour drop lot behind residential homes. The drop lot runs the full length of residential homes' back fencing. This lot was built about ten yards (if even that) from our residential home's back fencing. Concreate was placed from the entrance of the parking lot to the gate. However, dirt was used to cover the majority of the parking lot. Due to this, the homes boarding the trucking receive a massive amount of dirt blown. A chainlink fence was the only thing put up. This worries me, in that our homes have no protection in the case of a trucking accident. In addition, it is a true eyesore. The noise created by this trucking parking lot is 24 hours a day. When truckers are exiting the gate the drop created a massive amount of noise that shakes our house. I have had one bedroom window cracked due to this. This has caused concerns for the foundation of my home. The yelling and conversations of the truck drivers along with air brake checks can be heard from midnight to early morning. On one occasion a uber driver came to my home because a truck driver placed my address to locate the lot.

Never work with this broker ever again.

He is miss leading, he tells you one thing, but turns around and charge you for something that he said that he said but did not say it.

I am a Carrier, I booked several loads with him. He charged me 30% for something that he never informed me about.

My driver was going home and this Broker Brandon give my driver a drop off location for dropping off a empty trailer near his home from the receiver.

The receiver did not have an empty trailer for my driver to take near his house. So the driver went home, because he did not have a empty trailer to take with him.

The broker said that because he left without informing him that he did not have an empty trailer, that he was charging 30% for not telling him that he did not have an empty trailer to take. This is BS and I am not cursing, just mad as hick.

The driver of your truck 72021 has a bad attitude. It's drivers like him that gives your company a bad reputation. If I had time I would have given him a attitude adjustment . You might tell him if he is going to sit in the driveway blocking the fuel islands that he shouldn't get mad if someone goes around him/her. Also he looks as though he has been blowing other drivers and has cum all over the front of his shirt.

I just recently was in orientation December 2021 and of course I had to take a dot UA and a pre employment drug screen and I wasn't worried because I don't do drugs. I passed my DOT UA but failed my hair follicle test. To say I was shocked is an understatement because the drug that they say I tested positive for I never have taken in my life let alone any other drugs. I've tried disputing the test. I've asked for a retest even offered to give my blood but the Dr wouldn't even entertain the idea. He was very rude and unprofessional when all I was doing was trying to get an understanding of how this could happen. Asking me when was the last time I've used when I kept telling him I never took a drug in my life. I never felt so humiliated in my life. And from the stories I see. it's the same doctor that everyone else has had problems with in regards to drug tests. For one the specimens are take from one location and sent to another location hundreds of miles away. I feel like my test wasn't handled in a safe Manor to prevent some type of contamination. couldn't get a clear line of communication from anyone to figure out a way things could hopefully be resolved Now I feel like my career is over before it even starts.

I am currently going through the exact same thing with this company. The exact same doctor (Dr. Lopez) has stated I tested positive for the use of marijuana. I have never consumed any drugs. This doctor is extremely rude and disrespectful. I have been constantly fighting this issue and I continue to get the run around. Has anyone received any legal help are advice.
