The only positive remark I can make is that I actually received the clothes I ordered. However, according to the sizing chart I need size 20-22 although I usually wear 18-20. When I tried on the clothes I was disappointed to find they are more likely to be 16- 18 and too tight around my bust. I contacted customer service via email and requested that I wanted a refund. The reply I got was that I could keep the clothes if I accepted a partial refund of £17.00. Or a £58 gift card that must be spent on a single purchase! I really won't be ordering from this company again. So, I replied if they were willing to exchange the clothes instead of giving me a refund then that would be okay. However, I received a second email from a different girl offering £29.00 and I could keep the clothes. They are not accepting returns at the moment and the returns address is in New Jersey, USA. There does not appear to be a phone number to contact the customer service department either. Anyway, I replied to the second email and stated that I had lost patience and I am expecting a full refund into my account and when I have got it I will return their bloody clothing to New Jersey if they care to give me their address! I might even take the case to Judge Judy. She would tear strips off this company cos she hates scammers!
Recommendation: Absolutely Avoid This Company. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY

Horrible shopping experience. Items do not look at pictures. Returns are RIDICULOUS. You have THIRTY DAYS TO SEND AN EMAIL TO CUSTOMER SERVICE who will give you a run around by offering $18 then $45 or so to keep the merchandise and when you finally get to return them for a full refund, the email doesn't include where to send it to. ANOTHER email to get the address. Then you have SEVEN DAYS to return the merchandise in separate packaging, the receipt inside, and an email with the tracking number. The email states they will refund the money minus their shipping. UGH!
Let me also note that I had to close the credit card I used due to fraudulent attempts to purchase. DO NOT BUY OR DISCLOSE YOUR CREDIT CARD TO THEM.

I received my order from CURVEDREAM two weeks ago. I asked for return address.. They have best around the bush. Stalled terribly, waiting for the expiration to come so they can refuse my return. $500 worth of clothes.. That don't fit and i cant return or exchange. They are false advertising,saying the clothes are made in south Carolina... But they clearly came from China. The clothes are cheaply made. Im very disgusted, and upset I fell for this scam. Sheri

CurveDream Review: Great Style, but Sizing is a Major Issue
Yo, just wanted to give y'all an update on my experience with CurveDream. So, I gotta say, the site is pretty easy to use and find what you're looking for. But, I gotta be real with y'all, the sizing is all messed up. Like, I ordered some dope white dresses for a special event, but when they arrived they were way too small. I couldn't even wear them, which was a major bummer.
Now, don't get me wrong, the quality and style of the clothes is on point. I was really impressed with that. But, if you're gonna order from CurveDream, just be aware that the sizing might not be accurate.
Anyway, I'm gonna try to return the dresses and see how that goes. Fingers crossed it's not a hassle. Oh, and one thing I do appreciate is that they price everything in Canadian dollars. That's a nice touch.
So, yeah, overall I'm a little disappointed with my order, but I'm still hopeful that CurveDream can come through with some better sizing options in the future.

I've been trying to get a return shipping address from CurveDream for weeks now, but I haven't had any luck. Same thing is happening to me! This company is a joke with cheaply made not true to size clothes. I spent almost 200.00 and received the clothes on 5/31/23. They after 2 weeks of ridiculous emails wanting to bargain instead of giving me the return address to send merchandise back for refund! They finally provide the return address and I paid 13.00 to ship them back. I provided the tracking number as they requested and confirmed they received the merchandise on 6/16/23I still have not got a refund and they will not return any of f my emails. Beyond frustrating! It is sickening that they can get away with this! I also paid with PayPal 4 payments option and filed a dispute which PayPal originally was very helpful and said they would work with seller to resolve.. a week later it turns into escalated claim and then PayPal denied the claim and gave reason that it isn’t a purchase with buyer protection! I’m speechless and will not use PayPal ever again either. I’m sick over the whole situation!

CurveDream Review: Great Products, Website Needs Improvement
I had a bit of a struggle with CurveDream's website last night. I spent a good hour trying to get my shipping address to work. You see, my mail goes to a PO box unless it's being shipped through FedEx or UPS. And to make matters worse, my street address is in a different city. This always causes a problem, but I've ordered from CurveDream before, so I don't know what the difference was this time. In the end, I had to use a friend's street address, and it was accepted.
But let me tell you, I must really like what I got from CurveDream before to go through so much trouble to order again. I wish they had a phone number to call in for orders when needed. I'm not very tech-savvy, but luckily I knew how to find my order history, which kept my order available.
Overall, I'm happy with my purchase from CurveDream. The website could use some improvements, but the quality of their products is worth the hassle. I'll definitely be ordering from them again in the future.

I gotta say, I had a pretty bad experience with CurveDream. I ordered three blouses that ended up being super cheaply made and didn't fit me at all. After going back and forth with them for a while, I finally got a return address - but they wouldn't pay for the return shipping! I sent everything back in the original packaging, with a copy of my order that had a bar code on it. I even sent them the tracking number, like they asked, and they got it on April 28th at 12:54pm. But guess what? I still haven't gotten my refund! I've been emailing them every day and they're not responding at all. It's so frustrating dealing with these companies that pretend to be American but are really based overseas. Be careful if you're thinking about ordering from CurveDream - and honestly, I hope they and other companies like them get shut down. They don't deserve any stars at all!
Horrible Customer Service Experience with CurveDream: A Review
I gotta say, I'm pretty peeved about my experience with CurveDream. I ain't never written a review before, but I just had to let y'all know about their horrible customer service. So, I ordered two pairs of them Plain with Pocket Sash Holiday Shorts on April 11th, thinkin' they'd be like some comfy sweats. But when I got 'em on April 22, they weren't what I was expectin' at all. So, I sent an email on the 23rd askin' for a refund.
Now, I finally got a reply on April 27th, but it weren't no help at all. They asked me why I didn't like the shorts and offered me a measly 12 bucks to keep 'em. But they didn't even give me a return address or nothin'! So, I emailed 'em back the same day and told 'em I wanted a refund, not no 12 dollars. But I ain't heard nothin' back from Curve Dream since then.
They got a disclaimer on their website sayin' it takes 'bout three days to get a response, but it's been way longer than that. I'm real disappointed in their lack of customer service. I'd give 'em zero stars if I could, but that ain't an option. I just hope they get back to me before April 11th so I can send these shorts back and get my money back.

CurveDream Review: Poor Quality, Wrong Size Chart, and Terrible Return Process
I gotta say, I made a big mistake ordering from CurveDream. I was so excited to get my hands on some of their clothes, but boy was I disappointed. The quality and fabric of the items I received were not at all what was described on their website. And don't even get me started on their size chart - it's totally wrong!
I thought I had hit the jackpot with their prices, but it turns out that if something seems too good to be true, it probably is. The clothes were poorly made with threads that weren't even trimmed. It's like they didn't even care about the quality of their products. And to top it all off, they don't even have a proper return process. No address, no phone number - nothing.
When I tried to get a refund, they fought me tooth and nail over email for weeks. It was a total nightmare. They even tried to negotiate with me on the amount of my refund. I mean, come on!
And don't even get me started on their social media sites. They're total scammers. I ordered from them on Facebook and I will NEVER make that mistake again. Thank goodness I used PayPal so they didn't get my credit card number.
I spent over two weeks trying to return my items and it was a total headache. I finally just sent them back to the return address on the packaging, but they claimed it was their "logistics company." Yeah, right. Total scam.
I wish I could show you a picture of the clothes I received, but I already sent them back. But I did find a picture on their website that shows the style of top I ordered. It's not the exact one, but you can see the threads dangling from the buttons and the poor quality of the fabric.
Overall, I would definitely NOT recommend CurveDream to anyone. Save yourself the hassle and find a more reputable company to order from.
CurveDream Review: Lack of Communication and Delayed Shipping
I ordered two outfits from CurveDream on April 2, 2023. The website said it would take three days to process my order, so I patiently waited. However, I never received a confirmation email from them about my order, which was a bit disappointing. Most websites send a confirmation email, so it would have been nice to receive one from CurveDream.
On April 14th, my order was still in process, so I decided to send them an email to ask when it might ship. I received an email on April 21st, saying that one of the items I ordered was sold out. They asked if I wanted an equivalent product or if I wanted to cancel it and ship the rest. I needed some time to think about it, so I didn't respond immediately.
On April 23rd, I received an email saying that they had shipped one of the items I ordered. I responded later that day with a request for a replacement item. However, I didn't hear anything back from them. On April 27th, I sent the same email again and asked them to please let me know if they were processing my replacement item and what my credit on account was. Unfortunately, I still haven't heard anything from them.
Despite the lack of communication, I did receive my package today, and the outfit I got is good. However, I was expecting to receive a document with my credit on account, but there was nothing. So, I'm still waiting for communication from CurveDream about the replacement item and my outstanding credit.
This is why I don't like ordering online. It always seems to be a constant chase. If a website doesn't have a product, they should take it down from their website. The outfit that they told me was sold out 20 days after I ordered it is still up on their website, showing as available.
Please save your money and don’t buy from this website
My experience with CurveDream has been horrible. My package was NEVER delivered. I have probably emailed this company over 10 times in the last 2 months and received at most 3 replies. They do not care about you or if your package gets to you, if they even sent it at all. The replies I did received were extremely unhelpful, unprofessional, and rude. I don’t know what values this company holds but the only thing it seems they value is peoples hard earned money with no product in return. I hope it’s not a complete scam, and that I’m just one of many unlucky ones that this company has ripped off, but either way, save your money. They don’t deserve it, nor do they care about their customers. Disgusting.

Never received my item
Ordered a sweater that never came. Politely contacted their customer service who told me to contact my post office. I did, they said it must have been misdelieverd and that shipper must put a trace on it. I’ve been emailing back and forth with customer service for months now trying to get them to do so but they are just giving me the rub around telling me to do it. I have already done all I can and now they need to contact post office and they refuse. It’s very confusing why they can not replace or refund and then figure it out. Bottom line is they don’t care and are cheapskates.

I did say give me $60 and I will. By this point, I had read all the negative reviews. Lesson learned. Read reviews about returns. They never got back to me, they never gave me a form, they just disappeared.

The package was said to be delivered to my mailbox. The person delivering mail put it on top of my mailbox and someone stole it. I checked with all of my neighbors and family. have sent out 2 return requests since September 26th, 2023 will no response. I have an unacceptable item to return and they are not getting me return instructions. I have googled looking for a phone number for this company, but obviously they are not interested in getting me return information. Order #CDM230724174637077. Two Blouses ordered and I paid extra shipping to ensure my blouses were here in time for a trip. They were made of 100% polyester and didn't fit me right. I was pretty disappointed, so I decided to email them to see if I could return them.
I emailed them three times, but it took a while for them to get back to me. When they finally did, they offered me a $6 refund to keep the pants. I wasn't happy with that, so I asked for a full refund and a return address. They eventually gave me a return address, but they still wouldn't refund my shipping costs.
I don't think it's fair that I have to pay for shipping when I didn't even receive the right item. It's been a pretty frustrating experience dealing with CurveDream, and I don't think I'll be shopping with them again.

I gotta say, I had a real tough time trying to get a return done with CurveDream. They didn't include any info in the package on how to do it, so I had to hit them up with a bunch of emails just to get a reply. And when I finally did, the instructions said not to use the return address on the label, but they didn't give me a new address to use instead. I've tried asking for it three times now, but haven't gotten any response. Honestly, it's starting to feel like a total scam to me. I'm not gonna take this lying down though - I'm gonna hit up the BBB and my credit card company to try and get some justice.

So, I gotta say, my experience with CurveDream was not the best. I ordered something from their website and it took a whole 2 weeks for them to tell me that the item was out of stock. Like, come on, why didn't they tell me that sooner? Anyway, they gave me the option to cancel or wait, and I chose to cancel because I didn't want to wait any longer. But get this, they charged me right away instead of waiting until they shipped the item. What kind of nonsense is that?
So, I told them I wanted a refund and they said they issued it on April 26th. But guess what? It's still not showing up in my PayPal account. Like, what's the hold up? There's no reason for it to take this long to refund me. I even sent them a follow-up message asking about it and still nothing.
Honestly, I'm pretty disappointed with CurveDream. I don't think I'll be ordering from them again. It's just not worth the hassle.
Return items that were delivered duplicated in the same package.
I'm having a very difficult and annoying problem in a return of duplicate items sent together. In other words, I have 6 items when I ordered only 3 and have been charged for 6 instead of just 3. I'm having a very difficult time getting through to someone about this problem. There is no shipping label in the package and no ph# to call. I need this corrected asap and get my refund also asap. I plan on keeping the 3 items I like them but this entire returning ptocess is more than it should be.

Will not honor my return
It took me 4 tries before I received a return address for Curvedream (Consignee: UGD C/O Chenzong MERCHANT RETURN 24823 Brookville Blvd Rosedale NY 11422) and then they only gave me 7 days to return the items. I immediately returned the item with the tracking # and the purchase #. The company has stated that they cannot find my pkg with my tracking number. I have send a photo copy of my tracking slip and have since have went through paypal to contact them without resolve. The charge through my PayPal Amex card was $55.98 and I paid for shipping back my return back to them. I have tried to contact them numerous times without resolve. My order # CDM230502215551536. The company has attempted to refund me initially $12, then $20 to keep the item prior to ghosting me.
Desired outcome: Return my $55.98 to my Pay Pal account.
Curvedream
Curvedream I never received my items. They will not return my emails, they told my my bank I received my order but I did not. You can track and it's been sitting on the same place for a month. Nobody will help they stole my money. It is ridiculous how they ignore and delete messages I send them with a send request email and it sends me a message they are deleted without being read.
All reviews about their customer service are horrible. Why are they allowed to act like this to the human race.
Poor quality clothing and not responding to return request
I purchased clothing from this company and when I received the items, they are poor quality for starters and colors are not what they advertised. Their website says return unopened within 30 days, but no phone number. I have since been emailing per website instructions over 2 weeks. I received one email with no address to return as needed.

As an alternative solution, would it be a considerable solution if we offer you $24 as compensation while you keep the items?

Desired outcome: I want to return the items and get my $ back $88.97They will not provide an address. Through Paypal I learned of the seller's email address as [protected]@163.com in addition to the advertised email [protected]@curvedream.com
Wanted to return order but no response to email or messenger. I opened a dispute with PayPal & now they are offering 80% of cost once I close dispute. Should I accept, bearing in mind I cannot reopen dispute through PayPal.

I have been having this same issue. I received my order and it was very poor quality, not at all the same colors as ordered online. I've been emailing for 2 weeks to return the items and they responded once trying to offer me $24.00 and not providing the return address to ship back the unopened items. No longer responding to any emails and I will soon reach their 30 day return limit. This company is a complete scam. Of course they have no phone number!
The website is not working.
On May 6TH, I ordered clothes. Only two pieces fit me. The rest was very tight and some didn't fit at all. I love the designs but I need clothes that are comfortable.
