I wasn’t happy with the nanny, because she was late all the time, and she went home earlier as we agreed. She left my son alone while he slept. And she smoked in the house. First of all if you hire a nanny through Nannies of Brentwood whether its full time, part time or occasional care the agency calls our clients if its on call or temp job after each position to see if the nanny was on time, if they did a good job and if the client would use our services again. If you hire a nanny long term or full time we have in our contract that we do once a week reviews the first month, the second month we do every other week reviews and the third month we do a final evaluation to make sure everyone is happy.
Our nanny's DO NOT SMOKE, we do not hire any smokers and if a nanny left a child home alone while babysitting we would report them to the police. This we believe is not one of our clients. If something like this would have happened we would know and the nanny would be fired and they would no longer work for our company and we most likely would have refunded the money to the client. This entire review is ridiculous.
