Kripa Telecom Apply collect freight samples by fedex from china, but reject to pay freight

This Bad reputation business company from India, apply free samples from us with their collect fedex account, in June, 2015, but 3 months later.Fedex call us, they reject to pay the freight, then i contact their company also copy to their boss, but none reply us, then i called them many times.
they promise will pay us and type to us on skype.i think they paid it, then i leave it.

Yesterday we received court bill from fedex, they still not pay to fedex.

so we had to pay to fedex.i can pay to fedex after i hope the boss can give us a word.pay or not.but they told us they will pay.

take care with such a low reputation company.and low reputation business man.
