Had applied for a payday with a different company, received lots of calls from other companies told them all no, and found $300 in my checking account which I didn't apply for. Contacted my bank and had them refuse the deposit and closed my checking account, but talked to this lade Angie at ext. 2060 who said I was responsible for paying back the interest (I didn't use the money, and it was only in my account for a few hours). Looked up online, and 100's of people have this same complaint. I put a fraud alert on my credit file. Not sure what else to do, I don't want to owe interest on something I didn't even authorize. If anyone can give me an further advice I would appreciate it. I filed complaints with consumer rerport, the BBB, The state AG's office.
