Do not sign a contract with this business! Their service is terrible. They make every mistake possible from billing to miscounting linens and delivering torn linens. Their area manager told us to just call him with any issues and he'd take care of it. We did and he did show up to our business. Nothing got fixed. Our service would seem to be ok for the next week and then more problems would occur. We gave them too many chances to fix their problems. Once we had enough we sent them a letter by certified mail requesting to cancel our contract. Since we wanted to make sure that the letter was enough, we called twice to ask if we did everything we needed to do to cancel. We were told over the phone by two different managers (including the area manager) that we were all set. We did everything that we should've and they both felt so sorry that they weren't able to fix the ongoing issues.

After a little time passed we were completely shocked to receive a letter threatening to take us to court for several thousand dollars. They claimed that we were in breach of our contract. The same area manager who sat on the phone and told us how sorry he was and gave us the ok to cancel turned around and is now saying that we are in breach of our contract.

These people are dis-honest, manipulative, untrustworthy, unfair, and what led up to all of this - unreliable and incompetent!

If you're reviewing linen service companies, avoid them at all costs! If you are currently under contract with them and having these issues, do not trust them when they say they are going to fix the problem. Do not call them with your issues! Put every single problem in writing. They will call you and tell you that you don't have to go through that trouble and suggest that you call them with any problems. Don't fall for it! That it their trap. They will deny that you ever complained.
