Ten Group / Discrimination
I have been in hiring process with this company for Russian Speaking role, for Concierge services. I had experienced the worst discrimination within the hiring process. In fact it doesn't matter if you speak Russian ( native speaker), you have to be either Ukranian or Latvian or from any Baltic territories to get in the company. After 3 weeks of exhausting interviews where you have the same questions all the time but with different people, they just getting rid of you saying that YOU DON"T SPEAK RUSSIAN AND WON"T BE ABLE TO COMMUNICATE TO RUSSIAN CUSTOMERS. lol. Despite the fact that I have been only speaking Russian my entire life and have professional Interpretor ( Russian/English) diploma +my GSCE in Russian School with all A's. Is it even logical?? The questions in Russian were very incompetent. The company does not look at your skills, it looks at whether you'll fit with the rest of the team. If you're dark skinned, no way of getting into the russian speaking department . I emailed to request proper explanation of why they simply got rid off me, and no response. The company which praises itself as the TOP SERVICE PROVIDER ( lol) and which works with big companies such as VERTU, Barclays and others, can't even respond to complaint letter?!!!?????
Don't waste your time if you're applying for any positions in this company. Personally, I do not want to work in the company which practices such unfairness in hiring process and looks at your skin tone rather than your skills!. Shame on you Ten Group! P.S. will see you court!
