I first had a failed prostate microwaving by this uroligist who then told me I needed a TURP or Transurethral Resection of the Prostate. I had one in early August of 2006 that caused major nerve damage that is irreversible. 3 weeks later he did TURP 2 and three months later TUPR 3-- it caused Peyronies Disease that has been horrible to deal with. He used insulting language in the presence of one of his female nurses about my medical condition (whe was later my student) and he demeaned other physicians including one in his own building. He betrayed a conficence to a third party. He never bothered to wear a mask in the O.R. for any of my 3 operations and never offered any assistance with me finding help for the problems he had caused. I finally ended up with world famous urologist IRWIN GOLDSTEIN in San Diego who confirmed 80 plus percent penile nerve damage and near total orgasmic sensation loss. The urinary trouble his TURP was to have fixed is still present despite operatons by others to deal with scar tissue that formed from his botched procedures. I am damaged for life while he continues to operate on others. I filed charges on him and took him to court.

July 18th my retired friend went in for removal of a kidney and mass on it...Manish Shah PUNCTURED her DIAPHRAM during the process and another surgeon had to be called in for damage control. She ended up in ICU instead of a patient room and had many complications...I was physically presnt in the waiting room when Dr. Shah informed the family of what damage he had caused. After he told them, he casually put on his backwards baseball cap and calmly walked away leaving them to deal with the bad news and the patient to go back to the operating room for her PUNCTURED DIAPHRAM to be repaired...
