What is it about the marketing department of Famous Brands (Steers in particular), that cannot understand that an order is an order, and when a customer gives a distinct order with finalityy in his voice, he doesn't want to hear the teller at the till asking how many ###ing extra cheese he wants as an extra option! Fact is, some people don't care to buy an extra piece of cheese at 4 times it's nominal market value at the prices that companies pay for such items. If business is so bad that you have to try arrogantly raise turnover and profits through gimmicky hijack-sales then I'll continue to walk out at that point and find other places to eat from. YOU SUCK!!!
