Schumacher Automotiveservice of a 2017 subaru legacy

On 04/24/19, I took my Legacy in for a typical oil change. It only had 14, 462 miles on it. The technician came out and said I needed $355.82 in repairs - including rotating of tires, oil and filter change, element air cleaner, cabin air filter and brake fluid at $119.19. Because I was driving north the following week, I went by his word, but after coming home to Johnstown, I spoke to my dealer and they told me he gave me a 60, 000 mile checkup, which surely wasn't necessary at 14, 000 miles. If I need brake fluid this soon, shouldn't there have been a problem with the brakes? I feel he ripped me off because I was a woman! I should be compensated, so other women are not taking advantage of.
