Najmpromotion voucher

I was suppose to receive a voucher of 50 AED from Najm almost 5 months back. Since 5 months I have been following up on mails, calls and social media. Everytime I call, I get a response that Carrefour has not given them voucher yet to dispatch. If you cannot give what you promise then then run such promotions. Everyone I call, they say we have written your complaint and someone shall get back, but till date no one is bothered to get back. Is 5 months not enough for a follow up. I want some action to be taken up, why a customer is not provided with satisfactory level of service
