Midstate Auto Grouprushed into buying a car.. used it 2 days and returned it.. I have severe back problems

Severe back problems..need knee replacement..they said it had lumbar support..it didn't help..i returned it..notified DCU bank..they said for me to call them and have them return $ asap..they didn't..called ins. company they said cancel policy and plate reg...then i started getting threats from their atty...DCU said i returned car in a appropriate time..but now DCU is badly effecting my credit.
