Beware of this company all 15 packages came up missing from their warehouse
Please don't try to contact them on the phone they have fake numbers that stay busy or have will you holding on their other number for hours and then hangs up. They have a few standard emails. Here's one we will contact you back in 2 or 3 days and that will never happen. Here's the other or please give us 2 or 3 weeks to research it and that will never happen. My items showed scanned at their warehouse and can 15 items come up missing after it is scanned. Once they open up your items they decide if they want to take home or ship it to you! I have so many agencies looking UNIUNI delivery company.
Recommendation: Please check the BBB reports out about UNIUNI and don't ship your items to UNIUNI
This company is a big rip off they open your items up view them. If they like your stuff they will keep and say they can't find it. This company is very fake just try to call any of their contact numbers. This number has busy sound 24/7 and the other number has message that keep you holding on for hours and then hang up. My order has a tracking on it right the UNIUNI delivery company. Please never trust this company and don't forget they will open your items and if they like something it will come up missing. If they don't like something they will reseal it and ship to you. The FTC, BBB, HLS, ATTORNEY GEN OFFICE and POSTAL INSPECTOR are looking into this issue.

It Arrived but at What Cost?
I had a package get handed to this company for a delivery, and I wasn’t sure how to feel. The tracking was great and updated, photos were taken for delivery… but they threw my package at the door. Literally underhand tossed it like a kid playing catch with his friends. Luckily my package wasn’t fragile… but come on man. I’ve worked in shipping warehouses before and seen stuff but never like this. I have you on video dummy.

I bought several items from the Temu on-line store, two packages were stolen and I never got my refund for my purchases
I bought a few items from the on-line stores Temu and Shein. Two of my packages that were supposed to be delivered by Temu mail courier to my home in New York were stolen because the mail courier driver was leaving my packages outside even though I told them multiple times not to leave my packages outside and to call me when they were coming into my building. They never called me when they came and one UniUni driver came to my home around 11:35 P.M.
They promised that they were going to refund me but they are not sending me the refund for the two packages that were stolen from me. The refund is less than $8 US Dollars but they are not sending me the refund that they promised.
I sent them the receipts that they requested by email and I have requested this refund request since the beginning of November and it is already December 13th.
I haven't got the refund yet. They are also ignoring my email messages and my requests for a phone call back.

Left package at wrong address
This is the message I sent to the shipping company. "Received the order at last. My package was left at a different community than mine and I had to drive 15 minutes to retrieve it. The address on my package was correct and the address where it was left had absolutely no resemblance to my address. Also, the package had been relabeled with a new tracking number. As a result I could no longer track it after it had arrived in my city.
This is my second experience with UNIUNI and both have been BAD.
I highly recommend you to find a better delivery service."
Recommendation: Don't buy from companies that use UNIUNI. There is a good chance you will not receive your order.
Worst shipping company I have ever dealt with.
Frauds
They have done me in. Since Saturday 2 packages delivered but nothing arrived and they go back and forth. They are complete scammers. They need to be stopped and accountable for running a business and the companies hiring them need to be liable as well. My head is spinning from dealing with absolute lies and nonsense. I am going after them. They have been saying one thing and doing another. I feel like my head is spinning. I received a call from a storage company yesterday and someone is using my number. They should not be in operation.

Drivers need to be investigated. This was my first time receiving a package from this company. I’ve never had an issue like this with any other delivery company ie Amazon, UPS, FedEx, USPS, etc. I received notification that my package was delivered with a picture of the package in front of my garage. However, when I got home the package was no where to be found. I asked all of my roommates and none of them had picked it up. I looked all around my house, outside and even inside, and nothing. I can only conclude that the driver pretended to deliver it, took a picture for “confirmation” of the delivery and then took off with my package. Complete a**holes and no help from customer service. if i could give minus stars I would. Absolutely horrible!

Can’t agree more. Uni Uni is a total trash! And drivers illegally stealing packages. Ordered something two months ago. 1st time package never arrive. They claim it was delivered to the wrong address. Seller sent out a replacement package, and after a few days after it arrives at LAX and tendered to Uni Uni, it’s showing out for delivery for 5 days! Then all of sudden says delivered and showing a picture of the package in their warehouse. Package never arrived and I don’t think ever will because it’s in the thief’s hands.
"Delivered" but never received
Ordered some clothes from Cider and was told that the package was "delivered" on a 8/08/23. I saw the notification so I went outside as soon as I saw it and checked the mailbox and there was nothing! There are 2 pictures showing "proof of delivery": the 1st picture showed the package stuffed in the mailbox and the other one in someone's car in front of their steering wheel. Either way, I didn't get my packages and started a claim with uniuni and they have yet to get back to me.
After reading all the reviews I guess my suspicions were correct. They got some sus delivery drivers. If uniuni or cider doesn't refund me I'll just have to do a charge back with my bank/credit card. I don't know companies even partner with this company. It's more problem for them it feels like.
Recommendation: Avoid merchants that use them as a delivery service

In the past month 4 packages have went missing. Soon as the order says received by them, there's no additional tracking. I've called and your on hold so long the phone disconnects. I've filled out forms and no one has answered. They are scamming people. It's a shame. I no longer can order from any company using this service. I'm going to file a formal complaint with the BBB and with Consumer Protection. Because this is unacceptable.
Recommendation: Do not use any company that uses Uniuni to deliver. You will not get your package. Look at the reviews.
Worst customer experience ever.
Sadly I can't choose a quarte of a star. This is by far the worst delivery service I have experience in my life. The package was delivered at the door's step of a closed primary School and have probably been stolen. I tried to reach the Customer Service Phone Line several times. You have to keep pressing 1 to keep the your position in the waiting queue. Each time after pressing it probably more than 20 times I gave up.
Can your teach your staff on how to input a postal code or zip code in Google Maps? Or maybe they could use the phone number that was written in the email stating that the package was successfully delivered and ask me where the package should be delivered?
Recommendation: Do not make business with companies using Uni Uni Express Service.
SCAM Delivery Drivers! Beware! They may steal your package!
I ordered from the same store 2 weeks in a row and both times was scammed the EXACT SAME WAY. Unfortunately they only use UniUni to deliver to Ontario. I thought the first time I was just unlucky, so placed a second order as I really needed the items.
MISTAKE!
Your shipping notification says the package was delivered to the "Front Porch" or "Mailroom" yet they take a photo of your package delivered to the "Back" where nobody is around -- in my case, my empty driveway.
They make sure to send your delivery text notification HOURS AFTER they have actually been to your address. This way they have GPS proof andand photo "proof" that they delivered your package, yet are long gone.
After this second time, I watched a YouTube video of a driver doing this exact thing.
Then read reviews on Google and BBB and majority of them sound exactly like my story.
It is clear this is a DELIVERY SCAM and the company is well aware this is going on. Be careful!
2 packages never received
I have had 2 packages shipped from the same seller go "missing" with this company. A close friend of mine has been looking into this company (all I can say) and what he's come across goes something like this...
For packages that don't require a signature they will be left in close proximity to the correct address (since driver GPS will show being at the address at the specific time), the mandatory picture will be taken and sent to the customer and the driver leaves. Almost immediately after the picture is sent, a "friend" of the driver will pick up the package.
This works best in building with no concierge.
What he has also come across are drivers "delivering" the package to the wrong address on purpose and either a friend of another driver will retrieve the package pretending they are "correcting" the mistake.
Apparently, an employee named Gloria (who I saw replied to a complaint) and other members of management are aware this has been happening with a specific group of drivers. Since most sellers will refund the purchaser, there is a shortage of drivers and the company doesn't want to involve the police so they usually just ignore customer complaints. Apparently this allows the company "plausible deniability" from legal action.
All I can say is that this company and it's employees are on the radar of 2 Law Enforcement agencies but we still aren't getting our packages back
Recommendation: Avoid purchasing products from companies who use UniUni as a last mile carrier
I placed two orders this month from a store who unfortunately use UniUni for their deliveries.
Both times I was SCAMMED. The first time I thought I was unlucky, so I tried again as I really need the items.
The delivery status tells you the item will be delivered to your Front Porch or Mailroom, yet the driver purposely delivers around back -- in my case, my empty driveway. They take a photo of your parcel and then take it with them. Then, they wait a few hours and send you a text notification of the delivery. I just watched a YouTube video of UniUni drivers doing this.
They show up to your address because it needs to appear on their GPS that they were actually there. Same goes for the photo of the item. They take the photo, but then steal back the package.
I've read Google reviews, BBB reviews and the reviews all sound similar. I'm stunned how this company remains in business.

Wow! Abysmal reviews. See I'm not the only one. Throwing in my two cents. *** operation I've seen. Overseas seller somehow used their service for 2 separate orders. First delivery was sent to wrong building entirely. Contacted seller who contacted them. Their response: *** I live in the downtown core; like really. They even sent a picture with package & apartment number on the door but was not my building; door is totally different (I also have Ring door camera). Contacted seller who made them correct the delivery. Somehow they 'recovered' the parcel and was finally delivered a few days later. Second order was attempted yesterday around dinner time, no notice. I work from home and only left in the evening to go pick up dinner down the street. Delivery person calls my mobile and demands to be let into the building. I explain that I'm not home and just left but can run back. She literally reprimands me for not being at home and scolds that I now have to pick up from depot. Call depot to arrange for second attempt and hear excuse that if I do not pick up from depot the re-delivery can take up to a month to reschedule. If I don't receive package within order time-window, will have to file claim item was not received. Good luck dealing with these guys.

Left my package worth $175 outside of the side door of my apartment building. Did not even pull into the parking lot to use the main door or drop off in the lobby or mailroom, no one contacted me at all to let me know it was there and someone just walked right off the streets and *** it as it was just carelessly left outside a side entrance that’s ten feet away from the sidewalk. This was my Christmas gift from my mother. I feel so disrespected and violated. What sort of standards of practice do you have? Who is training your drivers? You should have your business license revoked, what a nightmare. Do better!
Uni is the worst courier company that I have ever had to deal with. They delivered my package to my work addess & it got *** because the lazy delivery driver just left it by a door. A door that is a fire door & is locked from the outside. They never even bothered to got around to the reception door. They took a picture like that is ok, no it's not ok, you just left it to be ***. Any business that deals with them will have unhappy customers. Poor quality of service. Their customer service does nothing to investigate except show those photos like that helps, no I'm not *** I never got my package due to your drivers ***.
They fail to respond to multiple requests to track and reply to the calls. It's literally radio silence and their contact number goes to voicemail, that they are closed even though it is during business hours. At this point, there's no clear answer to where the package is.I don't understand why they even have an A- rating when the complaints I see here are all similar.

Uniexpress is the worst courier company. I was home, tracking my package from *** and saw that it had been updated to "delivered". I had included my apartment number so I went to the door but nothing was there. I went downstairs to the mailroom but found no parcel there. I had ordered some bags among others so I did not expect the package to fit into my mailbox. I emailed Uniexpress 3weeks ago and they claimed it was delivered and sent a photo showing "proof of delivery ". I took this photo to my apartment building management and the camera footage showed that the only company who made a delivery on the said date, was ***. The next day was a Sunday and no deliveries were made to the building. Uniexpress received my email and kept mute for a week, responding only after I threatened to involve the law. They claimed they were investigating the issue. 4days after (yesterday morning), I emailed to know the status of the order and a clueless staff member who could not be bothered to observe that there was a history of conversations already in progress, replied my email and asked me to contact the sender *** because my parcel was delivered. In what dimension does that make sense? I have read several terrible reviews about this company and a lot of the reviews mirror my own situation.

Funny how I am not the only one with this experience. Hundreds will be able to tell the same story, which should say enough about this company. I ordered a package to be delivered to my house in ***. I was home all day when it said that there was a "failed delivery" on the website. Failed delivery? This package does not even need to be signed. I was also home the whole day. No ringing no knocking, not even a delivery truck showed up. Even if I was not home shouldn't it be left at the doorstep? How did the failed delivery even happen? If it is not my fault, shouldn't it be rescheduled for me automatically? A few hours later the status was changed to "ready for pickup at *** warehouse". The warehouse is an hour and a half away, heck, even if it was 5 minutes away I will not be going. I paid for delivery, I want it delivered to my house. I left my contact on the UniUni website already but I guess it was just ignored. Delivery my package, I will not go pick it up. Don't create excuses for a failed delivery, it does not apply in this case. A customer should not be chasing after a delivery company asking them what happened when they have no control whatsoever in the first place. Reading reviews left by other people I am amused by the hidden tone of aggression and annoyance in the replies by uniuni. Your remarks are not funny :) Why dont you spend more time improving your delivery service than creating some witty responses?

Not at all impressed with this company
Not at all impressed with this company. The shipping of my package itself was quick, however, it's the delivery I'm having issues with. I was informed the estimated delivery date would be between July 2nd and July 7th The package came on July 1st, however, I missed the delivery (I am in an apartment and was in the shower atm) The driver called, and unfortunately, I missed that call - then texted me to tell me my package was missed and would be sent to the warehouse for pick up. Firstly, I was not expecting this delivery on the 1st, as I was told the 2nd and the 1st is a stat holiday! The door tag had fallen off the main apartment door and was on the ground. It said I could pick up the package 4 DAYS LATER! WHAT - 4 FREAKING DAYS? Which was Sunday! But guess what? They are not open sundays and they are not open when I am off work. Never mind, the warehouse location is about a 30 min drive, so an inconvenience to just go pick it up. I email the company to arrange the 2nd delivery, they tell me the earliest they can deliver it is today, Wednesday the 7th. Not earlier, impossible. They are too busy but said they can deliver when I am home from work, after 6 pm. Today is the 7th and No delivery at 7 pm. I email again to confirm it's coming and I am told "sorry for any inconvenience caused. As we are experiencing high volumes of delivery, your parcel will arrive tomorrow after 6 pm." I literally, copied and pasted the email sent to me. Seriously! LIKE ***! I Scheduled this LAST WEEK! There are no excuses!

A delivery tag was left for a package. The time of attempted delivery was 12:00 pm. At 12:00 pm I was at home, and no one attempted to actually deliver the package by buzzing my suite. I learned later there is a cost for second delivery. That explains it. I called numerous times, different locations to ask about setting up another delivery, no one ever picks up the phone. After a few days, I advised Uniexpress that they need to send the package back to the shipper, because I can't pick up the package and no one is around for another delivery. They told me this is not possible. I need a special letter from them, to provide to the shipper, then when they get a request from the shipper to ship the package back to them, then they will send it back. I followed these instructions, I never heard of any courier company doing this. I contacted the shipper to find out when they will send a request to Uniexpress. The response from the shipper was that that they don't know why Uniexpress has not shipped the package back, and they are still waiting to receive confirmation. When I contacted Uniexpress again to ask why they have not shipped the package back to the sender, even after I sent a letter to the shipper and did all that was requested, another response was given that made no sense at all "*** Nothing made sense. I finally contacted the shipper who agreed to refund the purchase and deal with Uniexpress directly. I have no idea why anyone would use this courier company. Avoid this company at all cost.

If I could give this 0 stars, I would. I ordered a parcel from a company in China. This is the second time I’ve been placed with Uni Express. The first time was ok. However, this time is not the case. First of all, the tracking is a nightmare. You can track your package on Uni express website, and also on the website for a company called “***” I’m not sure how these are connected. The tracking info is all different, not updated in a timely manner at all. This alone causes a lot anxiety after reading countless negative reviews for both companies, here on ComplaintsBoard.com and all over ***. So many lost packages, months waiting while parcels sit in warehouses, rude customer service etc. But I hoped for the best. My package sat in the warehouse for a few days, so I emailed Uni express to ask them if it was possible to just come pick my package up from their warehouse to avoid waiting longer. Really, I just wanted to bypass the delivery so my package didn’t go missing like so many others. They responded the next day, saying my package was delivered at 10:40 am, and attached an extremely useless photograph of a mans torso holding my parcel in an indecipherable location saying it was proof of delivery. Literally the photo was zoomed in so much, you could only see the package and the guys chest and hand. I live in a high rise condo with a concierge and a mail room, so I went downstairs to investigate. There was no package with the concierge and no package in the mail room. I emailed Uni express again, asking them to tell me where they left the parcel as I couldn’t find it and the photo wasn’t very useful. They replied with a photo of an entirely different parcel at an entirely different house! I told them I live in a high rise condo and that was obviously not my place or package, and they replied with the same photo they sent of the mans torso holing my package. I emailed them again, asking for assistance on finding my package, as the same photo was not helpful, and they told me they confirmed with the driver that the driver had called me, and buzzed my buzzer, and “one of my families” came down to get it. They instructed me to check with all members of my household and if I can’t find it, initiate an investigation/refund with the company I purchased from. I would have believed that, except I LIVE ENTIRELY ALONE, all of my family lives in another country, my phone call logs are empty, not one call today from anyone, and my buzzer, which is also connected to my phone, didn’t ring either. So either the company is being dishonest or the driver is being dishonest. I told them the driver is not correct, that I live alone and no phone calls came in, and they changed their story saying to check with the front desk if they have received my parcel, which I had already done. Still no idea where my package is, extremely frustrated with this courier who seemingly gets away with straight up robbing peoples parcels and getting away with it. ABSOLUTELY AVOID AT ALL COSTS.
My package arrived in my area but had to be rerouted to their warehouse due to an address problem. It has now been 7 weeks with no activity and this is after 6 emails and 3 phone calls where I was told they will get a 2nd delivery attempt out within 7 days. This "company" shouldn't exist.

There was a 'failed' delivery attempt on 5/6/24.
During that time, 7 calls were made to customer service, resulting in an hour hold times which led to the disconnection of the calls.
4 inquiries were sent. The result: no response.
3 successful calls were made to customer service.
The male on the other line assured each time that the address was being updated and the issue was being escalated with a confirmation expected within 24 hours. However, there was nothing.
In the last communication via an inquiry form, I stated that Uni Uni has until the end of the business day on May 16th, 2024 to resolve this issue, or the first step will be to file a police report for theft.
I will hold Uni Uni and all involved responsible in their official and personal capacities.

I am complaining regarding the delivery driver(s) that deliver to my home. Three times now the driver has left my gate open. I am disabled and have 2 little dogs. I have a closed gate for a reason. I cannot have my dogs getting out as I am unable to chase them down.

I ordered a package roughly around the start of October through Etsy. UniUni happened to be the courier. All was well until they said I had the “wrong address”(I didn’t by the way). Next thing you know I filed a ticket after weeks of their website and phone number not working only for them to say it’s “lost”. Also they lied about their warehouse location on the website, for their “warehouse” is apparently a museum. I called them and turns out there is no warehouse and I’m the second one who’s called about it! Legal action needs to be pursued, this is ridiculous and bordering on fraud. That package was not cheap!

My delivery states that it was delivered 10/25. My packages go to the UPS store. Ups store says they have not seen my package. I have called uniuni for days. I can't get and answer. The robot says. Select 1 for a call back I will not lose my place in line. When, I do get a call from them, I answer its the same robot that says. We cannot get to you at this time. I tried for days. Nothing. I can't get a refund or resilient of my package it tells me to contact uniuni...WE ARE DONE! 🖕TEMU.🤬I AM STICKING WITH AMAZON.

So I never receive the package from Ali express! it says it was delivered today at 10:36pm and I was home the whole time and nobody ring the bell and I went downstairs and I didn’t see any package! also the pictures from the delivery are not accurate. it’s just blurry pictures and not even shown anything. Products purchased from Shein not being delivered
I ordered a pretty large order and a smaller order from Shein October 16th. They are normally pretty quick with deliveries, so I wasn't worried. The delivery date was between October 25-27th. The company UniUni was to deliver my items, which now has not happened. I've contacted them, and been hung up on. I've contacted Shein who keeps insisting that i wait to see if it comes, though I'm consistently being sent notifications that the delivery failed, returning to warehouse. All my information is correct and there is zero reason it can not be delivered. I am so frustrated and really annoyed by such a lack of concern by both parties.

I had a package sent to my work office. Unfortunately it was sent out for delivery on a Saturday at 5pm. Progress report shows its still out for delivery at 7:30pm. I called the customer support during office hours and it hung up on me. Called back a second time. Tried leaving a voicemail by pressing *as voice suggested. * didn't send me to a voicemail box. Then I tried leaving an email online, but email kept being rejected. No way to reach the company at all. There was no email saying delivery failed and no notice that my package was delivered. No way to schedule a 2nd delivery attempt.
Desired outcome: Company must be reachable by phone and or email during hours of operation. It is not optional. If they say they provide a service, it must be provided. I want to see changes done. Updates should be provided in real time.

UNIUNI is a new delivery service when buying from Temu. I am extremrr ER my angry. I have never had a delivery issue with Temu orders prior to UNIUNI. Items have always gone to my PO Box, no problems. I’ve had two “return to warehouse” notifications, saying that it’s a bad address. This will keep me from ordering from Temu again if it is not resolvefd ASAP. I created a “ticket” for both.
Package is lost
I contacted Uni Uni many times via phone and email regarding my package delivery. They claimed my address was incorrect, i reverified the address was indeed correct many many times. Then they said the driver had an accident, and my package would be returned to the warehouse. Excuse after excuse and i never received my package. Calling was a nightmare, you would be on hold for a very long time.
I will not be using this company for any shipments.

Toothpaste holder
Package was left next to my mailbox almost on the street. Only because I had the front door open and saw it delivered did I even get the package . Next time I would appreciate it if the package would be placed on my front porch. The front porch was only a few feet away and it would have taken less the a minute to put it on the correct place instead of taking the easy way out.

Uniuni is one of the worst courier companies in Canada. A friend of mine received three packages from this company, and I didn't believe her. However, I recently received my package from the same courier company on October 14. I called their customer service to inquire about the whereabouts of my package, but the lady I spoke to was unhelpful. I asked her to send me a picture of when they delivered my package, but she refused. I also requested her to contact the driver to find out where my package was delivered, but she declined. I was shocked when she suggested that I contact the sender for a refund. When I asked if I was the first person to complain about undelivered packages, she remained silent and couldn't answer my question. This experience has left me extremely disappointed and frustrated.

I told all the loading dock staff to expect the delivery when I saw it was out for delivery. I was available by phone all day. However, the courier claims to have called me and got no response? I checked my call logs, and that didn't happen. It seems like the first delivery didn't happen at all. I shouldn't have to pay for a second delivery. Besides, I can't travel to a faraway warehouse during a Covid lockdown. Please fix this.

This delivery company ain't so great, ya know? They tried to drop off my package when I wasn't around and now they're holdin' onto it for like 4-5 business days 'cause I refused to take it. The folks who answered the phone were real rude and unprofessional. They picked up like it was their own personal line or somethin'. And get this, when I tried callin' back the number the delivery person used, nobody answered and I couldn't even leave a message. The QR code on the slip they left on my door took me to some page in an Asian language, not English, so I couldn't make heads or tails of it. I even tried lookin' up the tracking number they wrote by hand on the slip, but it said the number didn't exist. When I searched for reviews online, all I found were one bad review after another. Can't catch a break with these guys, I tell ya.

This is the second time I've used uniuni for a package delivery, and I must say, it's been a disappointment. I really wish vendors would choose better delivery companies. The experience was pretty much the same as the first time. The driver showed up, didn't even attempt to deliver, and just left a "missed delivery package" notice. When I called to inquire, they claimed the driver had called, but I never received any such call. I've been home all day for both deliveries, mind you. They promised to re-deliver in a few days, but guess what? They never showed up. When I called to ask about my package, they told me it was sitting at the warehouse in Burnaby and I could either pick it up myself or wait for another 4 days for a paid second delivery. It's infuriating that their drivers don't even make an effort, and the company doesn't seem to care. It's a shame there's no option to give them a negative rating. Now they're telling me they'll send someone to deliver my package today, but I have a feeling it'll go the same way as my first package. They won't deliver it or even try, and then tomorrow they'll tell me the driver ran out of time and couldn't make it to the warehouse to pick it up, and they'll reschedule it for Saturday. It's really difficult to understand their representatives, and they clearly don't care about your package.

I didn't know about this company before and noticed that the slip and the website had different email addresses to schedule a second delivery at a cost. I emailed the address on the slip and got a response the next day. They told me to do an etransfer, but I didn't want to. I assumed I could pay with my credit card like any other business, but they don't accept it. The only options were to pick up the package or send an etransfer to a personal email address. I said no and the next day, I received a notification that my package was delivered, even though nobody buzzed in. I emailed again and they made me feel foolish because the tracking number I provided wasn't legible. They asked me to send a picture of the slip, but I don't carry it with me. It turned out the notification was meant for someone else and my package was still in the warehouse. I couldn't give the slip to someone at my apartment if I wasn't there. I contacted them again and said I would etransfer the money, but I wanted assurance that my package would be delivered that day. They replied that they couldn't deliver because they didn't have a driver. I called and left a message, but haven't received a call back. I asked for the manager's number in an email, but nobody replied. So here I am, still without my package and no communication from anyone. I understand they are busy during this time, but they should respect their customers enough to call them back.
