Keith KistnerDidn't pay for boat

I own a 2005 Tige 24v wakeboard boat that had been sitting in storage for almost a year. I decided to sell it with the idea of allowing someone to use it while making timely monthly payments on. Keith Kistner and his girlfriend Melissa Melson of Selma, Texas contacted me and expressed their interest in buying the boat. They didn't have a lot of money for a down payment nor did they have much credit so, I had my lawyer draw up a contract which stated they pay for the boat for a year then agree to finance the boat then. Keith and his girl friend used the boat from April to August (end of the summer), then decided to no longer pay. Although they were contractually obligated to pay, they simply refused. I am now tasked with driving 400 miles to pick up the boat, inspect it for damage and neglect then put it back on the market. These two individuals absolutely don't care about contracts or maintaining a good credit rating. Plus, this proves the type of people they are -- Deadbeats.
