www.unbeatablesale.com / they sent me email where asked to pay, but they knew about the problem

Two weeks ago I tried to place the order on the website www.unbeatablesale.com. I didn’t manage to do it, because the website didn’t allow me to and showed that there was mistake. I spoke with the rep, who promised to solve the situation. But after 3 days I received the email, where they warned me that if I didn’t pay for the order, they would start to take penalty. I was shocked and started to call them, but their phone was busy. Awful website and not recommended.
