A fault was acknowledged by Telkom in our area on the 30th October at 10h14 - ref 260Ewk191117.

I have phoned in repeatedly to Telkom to complain about the fault and they have informed me that they are aware of the issue.

For the first time this evening 19 November have they actually issued me with a reference number (previous calls to Telkom I have been told they're aware of the issue and there's no need to log the fault).

I pay almost a R1000 a month for NO service - this is getting beyond ridiculous and it's almost a month! Something needs to be done about Telkom and it's pathetic service!
