Incredigames / purchased games

I have purchased many, many games from this company over the years and of late, I suspect with new management practices, many of my games simply disappear or will not play. It is almost impossible to get through to help due to the complications tactics involved in accessing the help - it is not simple to wade through all of the requirements to contact the company. I usually just give up but now even new games I purchased through them are gone for no reason. Their mail service is the same recently with ads that go out with my emails and I am told only by recipients, I am not asked by incredimail if that's okay. I am fed up with this company and all of their commercial tricks that are annoying. When if ever I can get through their apologies go nowhere. The problems of games I buy not playable make them not a good place to deal with.
