Casey's Lost wallet

I am trying to contact the Casey's at 829 N. Main St., Peru, IN. My husband lost his wallet, and it has an air tag to trace it, since my husband has Parkinson's. We live in Kokomo and took our car to service in Peru, IN. Stopped at Casey's on Saturday, March 16th. I drove back to Peru after getting home, because the air tag shows the last location at 829 N. Main St., Peru, IN. I asked if a wallet was turned in and the response was no. The tracker still shows it there today. I'm trying to call to give them our number, in case it turns up, but no one ever answers the phone there. His wallet had $100.00 plus dollars in it. I don't care as much about the money as I do his insurance card and some other cards, thankfully, I no longer allow him to carry any debit or credit cards. I even called our Kokomo store, to see if they might be able to reach them by phone, and they said, they couldn't get anyone to answer either? Very frustrated. I really feel that the wallet is there. We pumped gas and did not enter the store. We put some trash in and by the time we got back the trash had been emptied. At 4:30 in the afternoon? Which I thought was unusual. My email:

Desired outcome: Someone gives back the wallet. At least answers the phone. So I can check to see if it's been turned in.

Casey's The wait

I already tried to send my complaint a few times and it didn’t work so I’m hoping this one sends.

I went in this morning for my usual coffee (03/13/24) and I couldn't even walk in because of how packed it was of people.

There was a line all the way where the refrigerators are at. I noticed that there was only 1 cashier and there were 2 other workers in a room that's behind the cashier, kind of beside where all the tobacco is at. I'm sending the complaint because don't think it's fair that there was only 1 cashier and 2 others not helping when in the morning it’s when it gets the most packed of customers since everyone is going to work and school. I watched the person in the kitchen drop everything that she was doing to help the cashier at the front, which of course I don’t know how you guys run stuff but I don’t think the person in the kitchen should have to stop and come help at the front. I really hope this changes because Casey's is always promoting "team work" and I didn't see any of that this morning. Do better.

Casey's Multiple problems

We ordered pizzas online and only had gotten one correct pizza delivered to us and I called them and they said I had to bring proof of the missed up pizzas and I did that and they refuse to give me a refund and to replace the pizzas we had paid for and the managers were very unprofessional and rude and they kept saying that I couldn't be on the permiss if I was going to be mad about getting screwed out of my money or food

Claimed loss: Total $43.00 not counting the stress and emotional stuff that they put me through

Desired outcome: Complete refund for my order which was $66.49 plus $15.00 for gas and they should replace my order for free for them being very unprofessional to me.

Casey's Management at the early iowa

I am a former employee. the reason I left is Kelli Bendixen refuse to follow my restriction of pregnancy and she does not help in the rushes of business. When we got busy. she puts employees down. if the job is not done her way, she gets upset also gets mad if you make a mistake. she has favorites and she rubs it in. also never received my last check.

Desired outcome: to receive my last 100 Dolars and to see improvement in management as a customer I refuse to work for her ever again.

Casey's Owner posting wrong gas prices on gasbuddy

I checked the price of premium gas in my area today on the gas buddy app and the lowest price was at Mobil #520 at Grand Ave. & York Rd. In Elmhurst IL. The price was 4.39/gal & when I got to the station with in 10 minutes the price was 4:45/gal & gas Buddy still said 4.39. I updated it to the correct price of 4:45 at 6:31 and by 7:17 it was back at 4.39. I updated it at 7:19 to the correct price and now it’s back at 4:39 posted by owner. This needs to stop. I have screenshots of the changes with time stamp. At 7:45 owner changed back to 4:39.

Desired outcome: I want the posted price of 4:39. I purchased 8.85 gallons at 4:45 instead of 4.39 and the owner to stop misleading customers.

Casey's Food

Your manager at the roachdale indiana location. Is very un helpful and very disrespect towards people's beliefs of culture and religion.

As a person who does not eat pork ! I find it very offensive all you sale is pork made food, in the a.m besides has browns , and when I ask for a egg biscuit . I'm told I have to pay for yhe sausage, and if I want the sausage replaced I must than pay for the egg! As well

That's 1 buicuit 2 eggs and a sausage. My family does not eat pork! This is so annoying and inconsiderate for those who live in town. Being a town of less than 1,000 people and this our only place for food and convenient shopping

Desired outcome: Pissed . Your general Manger shows not care for wahts other than her protection of her job, by following your said rules and non substantial policies... this is where you are to blame, and can hopefully fix

Casey's Store manager Ericka at the Fredonia Wi location.

Store manager Ericka at Fredonia Wisconsin store needs Customer Service training. News travels fast in a small community. Many of the residents have been living in Fredonia most of their lives.

It's unfortunate that an individual in this position would demonstrate such disrespect for customers and residents servicing the Casey Store. Ericka kicked me out of the store because I questioned the amount, I was charged for a lottery ticket. Not realizing I may have filled in the multiplier when I picked my numbers. Ericka was short and told me to get out of the store. I was not allowed to buy lottery tickets there anymore. Seriously for asking a question. I went to the car to get more money to buy the tickets which I thought was to be 6.00 but needed 18.00 to purchase. Ericka refused to sell me the ticket and kicked me out of the store. With Ericka's behavior I would have to question if your HR does background checks before hiring and putting them in role of store manager. It is hard to believe Ericka only showed this behavior today. I am sure she uses it in many ways. Ericka needed to come out of the kitchen while helping another staff member to answer the register clerk's question. I am not sure if this is what provoked her abusive behavior.

Desired outcome: Hire a new store manager that has respect, understanding, communication skills and kindness. Complaint posted on Yelp describes personality of your store manager Ericka. Please review. Obliviously Betty is also a resident of Fredonia.

Casey's Management team

Around 5:04am I came and I was told by the employees they were completing end of shift. A group of customers got upset and very loud with the employees. The employees were basically outnumbered and were trying to deescalate the situation by calming trying inform them of why they couldn't complete there request. I felt the employees were not in a safe workplace and if they aren't allowed to do sales bc they are dropping money into a safe. I think it's only right to let them lock the doors for the 20 minutes of end of shift. All the other 24 hour caseys around the city locks there doors so that this doesn't happen. Why doesn't this Casey's follow the same rule to ensure employees are safe and in a non stressful environment.

Desired outcome: The Casey's should lock the doors while completing end of shift. Having a sign on the door stating that they cannot complete sales due to endo of shift isn't enough.

Casey's Im a former employee of Casey’s and being harassed

I worked for Casey’s this past year for just about three no months. However , afterwards I’ve been harassed several times by the manager. One Tim I pulled in front of the store with my husband and she runs out being the only employee working at the time and hollers at my husband and then y made sarcastic remarks to me as she walk across the parking lot. I’ve not done nothing g to this woman. She first refused to give me a termination letter, which I did send in a complaint about. However, today I’m eating in a local restaurant minding my own business and she walks by making rude comments. I don’t understand the lady’s problem. I’ve not done anything to her and she continues to belittle me and talk down to me I. Public. I’ve really had enough. Please address this issue. Patsy Carr is a embarrassment to her or your company. Please address before something else happens. Thank you!

Desired outcome: Address behavior outside and inside her store. Very rude and inconsiderate person.

Casey's Pizza, and delivery

I ordered online and was having trouble getting my card to work Ended up I ordered 2, pizzas by accident One was thin crust pepperoni at 23 dollars the other toco costing 29 dollars I tried calling the number online only to say it was not a working number. Tried 3 times at that address Number on website. Couldn't change my order as phone number didn't work. because I seen they were charging me 2, sperate times on my debit. So I'm waited for my pizza it's was about 9pm and waited and waited Porch lite on door open watching and waiting still nothing Finally about 11 I got up to turn the porch lite off and there sat my pizzas pop threw on the ground I'm like what the heck they never ever let me know it was here. Brought them in opened the box peperoni pizza threw all over in the box and taco wasn't even sliced half was all one piece one. Quality was awful I ate 2 pieces as I was very hungry.. This is unacceptable. Sloppy preparation and inconsiderate delivery On top of if all you charged me twice to deliver tho the same address. I'm. Very upset. They both need fired unless you want those kind of careless individuals working at your store here I've never in my life seen such negligence. I was afraid what might be in the pizza the way they looked I want a full refund or at least half This is and was ridiculous.

Casey's Dugger store

I was in this store today and the other day, and they manager store team lead is awful. She don’t have respect for customer nor her employees. The other day I was in there and she was so rude to the employee for asking a question. The management is always outside, they were outside for an hour and half straight one day. Also a employee cut her finger and cut it pretty deep, where she could probably use a couple stitches and nobody would help her get it cleaned up, or nothing, won’t let her go get it checked out, REALLY? She is working in the kitchen today with this bandage on her hand and don’t have gloves on cause there is none. Something needs done at this store this is the worse at I have ever saw Casey’s. Store manager don’t know what she is doing obviously. I been going into these stores on a daily basis after today I will not step a foot into this store at least.

Desired outcome: Fire store manger since she don’t have the courtesy to let somebody go home to go get her hand checked, nor she knows what she’s doing. Always outside smoking one after another.

Casey's Customer service and staff

On 8/27/2023 my daughter went into Casey's on 2nd Street in Grand Island Nebraska and Wanda told her to leave that she couldn't be inside without her mom.

My daughter came out and told me that I had to go in with her at all times. I didn't understand so I went in and I was told that no one knew why but that my kids were not allowed to go into that store without me.

When I asked Melissa she stated that they have been told that my kids were seen stealing food. I requested to see proof of what was being said and Melissa told me that I can't see proof.

I stayed that I will make another complaint to corporate and Melissa told me that it will not do any good. Corporate won't do anything.

This comes after I made another complaint about a cashier who I recently just found out her name is Melissa.

This has always been my favorite store until recently. The only time that I and my kids feel comfortable going into the store is when Carter works because we at least get greeted and talked to like we are people.

This is now two complaints that need to be resolved as it seems these people are targeting my kids. If my kids stole anything like Wanda and Melissa claim why is this the first I have heard of it and why have they brought a receipt for everything that was purchased when they have been in there.

Please rectify this and get this group to stop targeting kids. This is immoral, improper, and illegal.

Desired outcome: Public apology from all involved that work at this store as they have been rude and have embarrassed my kids for no reason

Hi I was in Casey’s on 123rd plaza on Sunday at 6:20 pm and he got rude with my husband when he had asked to jump on front cashier he had copped an attitude saying he was doing trash as a line was forming to be checked out he’s unprofessional and rudely disrespectful to managers and Ben will not fire him and Ben was also rude to my husband yelling at him on a phone

Casey's Service

I went to Casey’s at 5:05 in the afternoon to gas up my car. When I get there, there’s a sign saying that I must pre-pay for pump number seven. I go inside and there’s a man at the cash register. I wait for him to finish and I’m standing on the other side where there’s another opening at the cash register. When he is done, I had my cars to the cashier and ask her to put $10 on pump number 7. She commences to tell me that I’m standing in the wrong spot, and for future service, I need to stand behind the man, I instantly got angry, and told her that I am a 52-year-old woman that doesn’t need to be told where to stand. I waited my turn. I did not interrupt when he was done. I handed her the card, and I was very offended by what she did. I simply wanted to get $10 in gas and then was told that if I didn’t stand in the certain spot. So the next man comes in line while I’m trying to get the managers telephone number from other employees and I tell him wait a minute are you standing in the exact right spot and then I asked the cashier is he standing in the right spot is he able to get service? Is he in the right spot? Simply to make my point but now I can’t even reach Anyone. The number I was given for “TJ” who is the manager go straight to voicemail and the voicemail box is full

Casey's Pizza burnt

Just ordered two thin crust pizzas from 1st Street in Montevideo Mn.Both pizzas were overcooked bordering on burnt.I called the store and they just kind of blew me off.When we picked them up the cashier up front was sitting on the counter looking bored.This was really the first time I've had any issue with this store. The order was picked up at 5:45 pm on Monday at the downtown Montevideo Mn. Store.

Casey's Opening hours at Casey’s in Minden Nebraska

Casey’s is a mystery since Scott left. There’s never a for sure thing if they will be open in the morning. The service when they are open is outstanding. But early morning is when working people need to go in for gasoline, coffee, sodas, smokes, dip or chew, etc. could someone look into this store. This lady tries her best, but just like every where else in America nobody wants to work. She’s a great manager and very friendly; but she needs help.

Casey's Discrimination against schizoaffective disorder and autism customer

Dear Sir/Madam,

I hope this letter finds you well.

I am writing to express my deep concern and disappointment regarding a distressing incident that occurred at your Casey's General Store located in Corning, Iowa.

As a loyal customer of your brand, I regret to inform you that I have been the victim of an incident of discrimination against a customer with disabilities at your establishment, which I find utterly unacceptable.

Recently, I had the opportunity to visit your Corning store to make my usual purchases. I was struggling with autism and schizoaffective disorder in trying to conduct a transaction as a customer. It was evident that I required some additional assistance and support while shopping.

To my dismay, instead of providing the understanding and inclusivity that one would expect from a reputable business, certain staff members, namely one Christi Jorgensen, at your Corning location exhibited discriminatory behavior towards this customer based on my disability. They were rude, dismissive, and refused to offer the necessary assistance or accommodation, which left the customer feeling humiliated and marginalized.

This incident not only tarnished my experience as a customer, but also cast a shadow on Casey's General Store as a whole. Discrimination of any kind goes against the principles of equality and inclusivity that should be upheld in every establishment, and it is particularly troubling to see it occurring at a well-known and respected brand like Casey's.

I urge you to take immediate action to address this issue and ensure that all employees at the Corning location are educated about the importance of treating every customer with respect and dignity, regardless of their disabilities. This may include implementing sensitivity training and adopting inclusive policies that foster a welcoming environment for all patrons, regardless of their abilities.

Furthermore, I kindly request that I, a customer who was struggling with disability at your store, be reached out to and offered a sincere apology. It is crucial to demonstrate a commitment to making amends and preventing similar incidents from occurring in the future.

As an organization with a vast customer base and significant influence, Casey's General Store has the opportunity to set a positive example for other businesses in promoting inclusivity and standing against discrimination. I

I hope that you will take this matter seriously and work towards rectifying the situation promptly.

Please acknowledge receipt of this letter and inform me of the actions taken to address the issue. Casey's Pizza / food

I was in there at 10 minutes after 12 today wanting a couple of slices of beef pizza they only had breakfast pizza,sometimes you can go in there in the morning and want biscuits and gravy (around 7 am) they don’t have anything but breakfast pizza , no hash browns, no biscuits and gravy , Casey’s in Iberia Mo is the only place to get biscuits and gravy, or breakfast food and it’s bad when they only have breakfast pizza which it doesn’t help if you can’t eat eggs,the customer service is good but the food area sucks and this is the only Casey’s that I’ve ever seen that don’t fix sandwiches like subway, again there is no other place to gets sandwiches

Casey's Unauthorized credit card charge

Greetings!

On 24 Jun 2023, pumped gas at Pratt Avenue, Bellevue, Nebraska, 68123

The pump would not accept my zip code so I went inside to ask why. Since I had no problems with other casey gas stations. The following is what showed up on my bank statement.

1. completed $60.00 pre-authorization

2. pumped $36.98 of gas

3. Unauthorized charge of $39.99 to dating site.

Note - This was the only time I used my card at Bellevue, Nebraska.

My card was blocked by Fraud Security from the bank and now I am waiting for new card.

Your company needs to investigate who had used my card for dating site.

Please advise what action has been taken.

Casey's Our store is out of everything.

Our local Casey’s in Columbus has been out of cigarettes constantly for the last month. They aren’t putting in orders. They have a car wash that doesn’t work but refuse to refund when we pay for a service that didnt work. They have no management currently. This store needs either the district manager to clean house or fix the issue. I’ve never been to a store with a worse staff in my life.
