I hired the car in Zurich, Swiss, on 08 Febr. 2018. Since this date we are not able to get from you the VAT-rental invoice. We paid to you - you took it from our account CZK 4195 (CZK 3049 for hire of car and Insurance CZK 1145, 40), together taken from our company bank card EUR 166, 34.
It was still written to Mrs Groelfin, it was called, but nothing.

Alamo Rental Agreement: ZRHT72/32321 issued the Rental Invoice for EUR 0, 00, issued by Mrs. Hafija Osmani. Date 08/02/2018.
But this is not correct, we paid EUR 166, 34.

Please write, what to do. We should normally get normal invoice from the company Car Trawler, because of them, that we paid to them.

Dear Sirs, we received invoice 3020-[protected] (Rental agreement Nr. ZRHT72-32321). Unfortunatelly there is not mentioned any amount on this invoice, just ZERO. In spite of the fact that you charged our company credit card 166, 34 EUR. Three times I asked to issue invoice for 166, 34 EUR, and now I was informed from EnterpriseHolding, Sarah Groeflin, that "Unfortunately, unless payment is made to us directly, we cannot produce a formal invoice. Please visit https://customer.cartrawler.com/CommunityCustomLogin for more information. ", what now I´m doing now. Please issue for us NEW INVOICE with the amount of 166, 34 EUR. Thank you.
