Back story first….I was in the process of moving so I washed and dried all of my clothes before the move. Dryer worked fine. Moved my drier to new place. When I plugged it in it was making a horrible racket so I assumed the drier broke during the move.

Took it to Charlies Appliance in Brownwood, TX to have it repaired assuming something was wrong with the dryer. He said that a washer need replacing and charged me $150! I picked up drier took it home and it was doing the exact same thing so I took it back.

They called me back saying that it was working when I picked it up and that they plugged it in at their place and it was working fine. When I arrived they plugged it in and it did work so I took it back home, plugged it in and it was still making a horrible racket. Figured out that the racket was actually caused by a faulty 220 plug not the drier. Had an electrician repair the 220 and the drier worked immediately!

Nothing was ever wrong with my drier, yet they scammed me out of $150! They also refuse to give me my “repaired” part!

DO NOT TRUST THIS PLACE FOR REPAIRS!
