Correct email should be; [protected] (no s at the end of the word "shop"

I have been trying for over a week to correct, no one from groupon or wine insiders has bothered to help me. why do you not have a phone number that would eliminate all this frustration and resolve the problem with a human voice?

Please help; this was a gift and cannot be redeemed without the right email address
