this took 1hr10mins Sun 29th May 10.50pm to 12.00 am, and I could not get any satisfaction re opening an Adobe ebook because I contacted Adobe chat when I failed to get a response from the seller. All details in chat above. So can you help. By the way, this person should not be a representative for your organization...wasted my time, , and kept asking the same question, and because of the number of times I was asked to hold on, very ineffective reply.
