Indigo Park Canada Inc.accessing my bosses accounts

Good afternoon,

I have been booking flights for my both my bosses for quite some time. About 1 month ago you changed the system where my bosses had to put in a code to let me have access to their accounts, for which I thought was a one-time deal. I was now told by
Aeroplan that as soon as someone accesses their account from a different device, I have to put in a code to have access to their accounts. Since I do not have access to their email accounts, this is impossible as they both have to travel quite a bit and the whole idea of my having access to their accounts is to save them time not to create more work by them having to check for codes from Aeroplan or Air Canada? Please advise how we can bypass this???
