Harley financial services staff including Jade in the Claims department as my brand new Road King burned up in the national disaster Camp Fire that burned up my bike, destroyed beyond recognition, along with our ENTIRE town, has been rude, beyond difficult, insulting, waffling, after agreeing to let me skip at least two payments due the FEMA involved Fire disaster. I was relaying information from our insurance company to Jade when she demanded I be current on the past two payments and remain current on the loan. I told her that since Harley gets federal assistance and is subject to related jurisdictions they cannot exploit a customer that suffered a national disaster loss. Since she spoke over me it was not possible to tell her I am a medically retired US Marine from war wounds and injuries that she is currently exploiting! I despise Harley as a result of the massive hassles they have put me and my wife who was my riding partner, but this is the end for us and Harley. Treat a war veteran Marine and his family like this and see how that goes along with the rest of the stupid things Harley has become infamous for in the past year or two including moving their production facilities and factories overseas so Harley turns into a piece of junk made in China. Pathetic abuse of a disabled vet but it goes perfectly with the insanity Harley put us through for months now on all sorts of things.
