I paid a fee for faster delivery of an order from China, the parcel was cleared by customs already on 28 Jan 2018. The EMS South Africa call
centre don't answer calls so it rings and rings until the call is cut. I have emailed them and have received some feedback that they cannot locate
my parcel. Their SLA is 3 to 4 business days after customs clearing but I am still waiting now after 7 business days.

Very poor service and no value for the fee paid.
