SUBMIT A COMPLAINT / Bogus charges

The company continued to take money from me, but I stopped the subscription couple of months ago. I tried to stop them, but they ignored all my emails and messages. After that I went to the bank and asked for help, but they told me that they couldn’t stop these charges. I wonder if there are people, who had the same thing. Maybe you can advise me how to stop these withdrawals. Please post your ideas and comments. Thanks.
