I needed to buy one part and the mechanic advised me to order from I called them and the rep said that it was possible to order the part and it would be delivered directly to the repair center. I called my mechanic and said that it would be great, so I decided to call back to this store and wanted to finish the order. But the rep started to speak in rude voice with me and placed me on hold. I was shocked and within 20 minutes I was left on hold.
