Macys Furniture deliveryqueen bed

I ordered a Queen Bed on May 29th for a guest bedroom as my parents were visiting us but found that the furniture went out of stock and had to be re- stocked before a delivery. Finally scheduled delivery on 7/16 for July 25th but found on arrival that the shipment was incomplete. The incomplete shipment was left in my garage with package open.
Hardware to fix the bed was not there and finally received rest of shipment a week later. 8/1/2018.
When I tried to schedule a window to fix the I get the earliest window which is 3 weeks from today - which is 8/18.
My whole purpose for a Queen Bed in guest bedroom was washed down the drain.

My experience with Macys has been so bad and dissatisfied with this purchase, I will really will think twice before I buy any stuff there now.

Please look for better delivery and customer service apart from product. Lesson learnt!!!
