This company has had a poor track record of managing its overzealous property manager in our community that we commissioned a satisfaction survey to assess the extent of resident/owner dissatisfaction. We strongly advise any community considering their services or renewing contracts to review their performance in our community as seen through the eyes of residents. Here are some of the highlights of residents' responses:
* 75-82% rate the property manager's service from Poor to Terrible across every service criteria.
* 83% find NO VALUE in the service provided by Bristol's property manager and would not recommend the property manager or Bristol Management to other communities.
* More than 83% believe the property manager is NOT WORTH THE EXPENSE to the community.
* The majority respondents indicate residents receive unequal and unfair treatment; and that community by-laws, and rules are abused in their application.
