Resolved No merchandise

I ordered a Lolita wine glass last December. I was told it was back ordered. I tried to cancel the order -my credit card was charged immediately when the order was placed - but no luck. I finally agreed to wait for the glass when it was available. I've sent several emails over the months and called. It is not October. I was told in August that the glass was shipped to me. I never received it. The cost of the glass was $25.00 but the nerve of this company to refuse to refund it nor send me the merchandise is revolting. I plan to complain on every site I find to warn others.
