3 weeks since I placed an order. I received an email (Yes, from Sam), telling me that they will ship "within 48 hours", at which time I will receive a tracking number.
Well. 3 weeks later, I have no shoes, no email, no response to any of my attempts to contact them. I sent multiple email, called the number displayed on site and used thir "contact us" page. Nothing.
I am filing a complaint with FTC and disputing a charge on my bank statement. I learned my lesson. I am sharing my experience here so that you can learn from my mistake. Don't order from this company.

I ordered a pair of shoes I liked and the next day I got an e-mail saying:

Hi friend,
This is Sam, the sales director from www.airjordancity.com .Thanks for your ordering from our site, It is quite pity that, the shoe you place is out of stock at this moment, we have Air Jordan 12 (XII) Retro High - Taxi (White / Black - Taxi) in stock, do you like it, if not can you choose other series you like ? then i will offer exchange, ok ? I am looking forward to your respons, thanks .

I told him I didn't want another pair, I wanted my money back. This was two weeks ago. I've emailed them almost twice a day for the last two weeks and have gotten no response or my money back.

i am from England and have also brought a supposed pair of genuine Ugg boots from a genuine site that was 4 weeks ago and after many irrate emails to yes Sam and promices to send the boots I still havent recieved them i have asked for the boots, a refund, i have threatend trading standards still he promices the boots still nothing comes I have lost £148.00 english pounds and i am very angry.

Any positive comments about this company are quite clearly the company themself they are scammers and frauders and are a disgrace! get a proper job and stop scamming off decent people!
Bought a pair of ugg boots off one of their many 'fake ' sites www.uggboots-sale-uk.org.uk/ over 2 weeks ago and we still don't have the boots ...and no reply off "Sam" (airjordancity@gmail.com). Not even a confirmation email...they avoid emails and phone calls and claim they have a good reputations...as if! Please don't purchase off them guarenteed you'll see no items and you'll money will be long gone.

I have had the same problem, i paid for the ugg boots on my card, the website said the payment didnt go through so i paid a secont time through paypal so i am £128 down and dont have the boots or the refund for the first payment that they took... they also trade under the name of uggbootssaleuk1@gmail.com and carlonlinestore@gmail.com please dont let these people get away with it... NOBODY ORDER THROUGH THEM!

This is another website of [censor]ing company. Be aware of them, they charge me $200 without sending any ugg boot i bought.
