Upon inspection by city of chula vista CODE ENFORCEMENT officers, the property manager, named beverly admitted that she"knew' that there was a mold problem with all the apartments, and admitted to that to several code enforcement officers, which also they the code enforcement officers, named beverly brauning, N sanchez and Jr Provencher also informed the property manager that they HAD NO VALID BUSINESS license during the time she rented to many persons, which is also a serious HUD violation besides renting bad apartments. The company she worked for was sued, and in fact never bothered to show up and lost so far 3800.00 for damages, currenty the property manager named beverly is being sued for 10, 000.00 per resident or person that lived there under codes 1941 and also the UNLICENSED contractor named enrique carranza oframona california for making unqualified repairs, code 1942.5 was invoked for non payment of rent by some of the tennants and other citizens that are in similar situation should also sue bad landlords, especially ones that did not disclose bad conditions and rented to unsuspecting tennants
