Re-contract of handphone — Poor customer service
On 3 of March at about 9am, I call your hotline service regarding my mobile re-contract service. My 21 months contract have been fulfill and would like to ask for renewal. I am asking whether is there any voucher given to us as a appreciation for been loyal customer with Singtel. I told her that when I renewal the contract, singtel would give me a $100 to $150 voucher for me to do a renewal of my handphone. And she told me that the singtel do not have this promotion. I ask her to check with her Manager or superior. She come very quick to say that singtel do not have such promotion. I ask her to ask the supervisor to call to me. She say she will check with her supervisor and get back to me as soon as possible. I wait till afternoon and no response from he. I call back to check and she told me the same old answer. After my persistent, she quickly offer me a free caller id for 6 months. I think she does not even bother understanding what a customer wants. She is trying quickly bush off the customer. This is a very lousy customer service provider.
I am very disappointed with such a poor customer service provide by Singtel. She does not care about the customer complaint and let the customer wait. What is the meaning of getting back to me as soon as possible? Does it mean wait till she is happy and free or at her own sweet time to callback or if she still can remember? Also, why can't your supervisor or manager talk to the customer? I find that the your singtel manager do not like to speak to the customer or attend to customer call. She
As a long term customer of singtel more than 15 years, I think singtel should better improve their service and the way to treat the customer.
