Zeno A. Anino / New PLDT line connection in Iloilo
Last June 22 my wife paid the connection line at PLDT office in Lapaz Iloilo city with account number [protected] and PLDT staff advise her to wait within 10 days for connection. After 10 days she call and follow-up the said line but the same answer from the PLDT personnel customer service "wait for another couple of days". Every time my wife follow-up the same answer she received. Our problem is, We cut our Globe line that our children using for their school use after we paid the said connection line account number with the advise of PLDT personnel assuring that they will provide the connection after paying the amount. No matter the how much amount I paid but the cost obstruction we get is not acceptable.
I hope that this message will call the attention of high level PLDT personnel and other PLDT customer will not experience.
