Wong Wai Jiunregistered at maxis ipc outlet

I attended at ipc outlet on 27 November 2018 to register direct debit for my credit card. On that day, the staff registered I passed him my card to put into terminal with code.

On 11/12/18, my payment is not deducted through credit card and still receive sms for overdue. And, I am going to face the interruption due to the credit card payment not gone through.

On 12/12/18, I called to centre and just found that the credit card direct debit is not successfully registered. And cause me need to do payment myself again.

The purpose I want to do direct debit is for avoid the time consuming work. Now I need to keep call MAXIS centre again and again.

Can your side solve my problem immediately without give me any interruption?
