I've had enough with this store and its incompetency.I bought hisense TV in September, already in October the item is not working having to face game's incompent staff with different stories its just a headache, the tv was booked for repairs early 4th of january and collected 1st February, the 3rd the TV is not working and today I went to return the TV for refund I'm told insane story of the item being booked 3 times at whose expense I'm forever calling & coming in there stores at my expense and time what crap is this???I'm definitely taking this to ombudsman they'll refund me and compensate for ALL expenses incurred going in there, I've been treated unfairly I can't explain how badly is this affecting me
