was offering to us supply of Aluscrap at a competetive price and terms "payment within after 3 days after arrival and inspection at our factory". After our company became interested and seriously checked the offer, we have been informed from Mr David Santos that the start of a cooperation requires a one time advance payment of USD 35, 000.00 to start a registration process at the chamber of commerce in South Africa.

Mr Santos never provided any detailed information about the product and we as well as German trade associations suspect the company Bulk Exports PTY and Mr Santos personally as potential fraudsters.
