I contacted customer service with a simple question. I received a partial answer. My question was short and to the point, but it was obvious that the person did not take the time to actually read the email completetly. Or could not read at all. They do not have a phone number to contact a supervisor to even complain about the idiot employees. I have tried to add last minute items to my past orders and in seems they are not really interested in additional business. It takes them approx. 5 days to respond by email. It's obvious they do not care about keeping customers coming back. I would think that the owner would not be happy if he/she new that customer service is actually turning away business. I own a business and know that without additional business coming in; my business would not survive. Employees DO NOT CARE about those things. They just care about getting a paycheck. They don't care where it is coming from.
