Homer Laughlin/Fiesta China Company / non existent customer service
I've been interested in shipping a large set of Fiestaware to a friend in Canada for a gift, but the stores I've looked at online that carry Fiestaware dont' ship to Canada.
So, I got on the company's website and it looks like they ship anywhere in the world, so I emailed their customer service to see if they can ship to Canada, and how much it would be for the items I'm interested in.
It's been a few months with NO response. So, I emailed again, and again. Still, months later, NOTHING!
So, guess what! They've lost a customer for good. And I will tell everybody and anybody willing to listen, that this company sucks! Obviously they think they are just too damned good to respond to someone who wants to spend money on their products.
Well, I've found a different company who responded to my inquiry within two days, so I will be buying from them from now on.
And, as of writing this post, I STILL have not had any response from them!
