So I walk by the kiosk in the mall, I saw this thing called "Smoking Everywhere." I read all about it, and even saw the little information video that was playing. I figured since I'm going to be leaving for basic in a few months, and I'm a pretty heavy smoker, that the "Electronic Cigarette" would be a great way to quit smoking considering smoking is not permitted during boot camp... I bought the gold kit from them, which by the way is not the same price, and not quite the same products that there internet website said that you get. None the less, the one I bought was actually great, working well, and I felt great that I was actually not smoking cigarettes...Then the day after I purchased it, it had completely stopped working all together. And I do know that your not suppose to suck too hard, too long, or mistreat it. Which they even demonstrate and tell you. So I definitely made sure not to do anything of the sort considering how much the "Electronic Cigarette" costs...Which my kit I purchased was ($140.00).Which is very surprising considering that other websites and same company's have a much lower price which come with much more things in there kits. I just did'nt want to wait weeks for it to arrive in the mail. So I took it in and they determined that the problem was that the atomizer broke somehow which they claimed that they have never heard or have even seen that happen, expecially not twice in a row. So they ended up giving me a second one, which I am pretty sure that it was a used one or a damaged one since he pulled it out of this little basket with many others in that were not in there little packages..I was in a hurry to catch the bus and get to class so I didn't really have much time to check it.(my mistake.) Then while I went on a "healthier" smoke break at class, guess what, it had completely stopped working once again...Wierd right? Two in a row...So I then went back after class and explaind to them that now the second one i recieved stopped working as well...That made two within two days of purchasing it...They then gave me a new battery, atomizer, and a new cartridge, supposebly for my troubles. Which none the less I found out that they had over charged me for a couple of cartridges the day before. I then check it out first and it works just fine. The next day once again, I was over at my sisters helping her move and needed to take a few puffs. Guess what happend for the third time within just a few days of purchasing it at this point in time ?? It stopped working once again...I am so upset, and none the less they will not let me return it...So what am i suppose to do??? keep going back every other day replacing it? It has a 30 day policy, but when that is up it will have a year long warranty...The only bad thing about that is, I will no longer be able to just go to the mall if I have an issue with it...I will now have to send it in the mail to another state, pay for shipping and handeling, hope that I recieve it back within a couple week time frame, and then hope that the new one i recieve will actually work...None the less, this has been a total nightmare, mistake, and a complete waiste of my time and money thus far, considering all I am trying to do is get what I paid for the first time, and quite doing an unhealthy and disgusting habbit that neither myself, nor anyone else seem to want to endure.
