Hey-tell your [censored] collector, Dom who works in Central Time NOT to hang up on a customer.
Customers know when we're past due or making payments below the threshold. It's also on file that I was unemployed for 7 months BUT JUST GOT A NEW JOB.
I'm not a deadbeat and was making good faith payments AND taking all of your collections calls-not ducking them.
GET SOME F'ING COUTH.
I GET YOU ARE IN COLLECTIONS -SO ARE MY BANK OF AMERICA REPS AND YET NOT 1 OF THEIR COLLECTIONS PEOPLE HAS TREATED ME LIKE [censored] DURING THIS HIDEOUS PERIOD.
