As a former employee and branch manager, I am disgusted with Branch 810. The drive thru has not been operable for almost a year, and they always tell me they are waiting on parts! Tried to get $200 from ATM, and it wouldn't disburse it, and only gave me a $100. bill, which is hard at this time of year to pass to anybody...It should not even have these large bills in them. Also, my spouse passed last March, and I have been in branch several times to have his name removed and my children added on. His name still appears on my statements! Will be changing bans soon...
