I was so relieved because I had a tight schedule and couldn't afford any delays. The driver arrived on time and was very professional. He took great care of my car and made sure it was securely loaded onto the trailer. I was impressed with how well they communicated with me throughout the entire process. They kept me updated on the progress of my shipment and answered all my questions promptly. The delivery was also smooth and hassle-free. My car arrived in Florida in perfect condition and right on schedule. I highly recommend Route Runners Auto Transport for their excellent service and reliability. They made the whole car shipping process stress-free and easy. I will definitely be using them again in the future.

This company took a $150 deposit from me on 3/18 to transport my vehicle to California. I regret giving them the money because they failed to deliver the service. They delayed the pick-up by three days with various excuses from different drivers. Eventually, I drove the car myself, yet they retained my deposit without rendering any services. It feels like theft. Repeated calls to them result in evasion, call disconnections, and being put on hold indefinitely. The contract was with a man named Rob, who now refuses to refund me. They never completed the job or provided any services, effectively stealing my money. Can you assist? Thank you.

It's really hard to find a great company that has excellent customer service and provides quality service. Being in the car industry for a while, it's hard to find a company who is willing to make their vehicle delivery service timely. Route Runners is by far one of the best services in this industry I've used. I highly recommend it to any of my friends, peers, and colleagues.

Dan and Rob were grate. They quoted me a open carrier for my new Prius that seemed reasonable. Dan found an enclosed carrier in the pickup area for just $200 more. The pickup at the dealer went smoothly and the car arrived in less than 24 hours, a full day early! It took a little while to get a money order. The driver was very pleasant and patient. I wish he had called but it's hard to complain when it arrived so fast with no problems.

Me and my hubby bought a car from an auction and man, let me tell ya, we had some real bad experiences with other transporters. But then this dude Dan from Route Runners reached out to us and he was like a breath of fresh air, ya know? He was super nice and professional, unlike them other guys. Both me and my hubby thought Dan went the extra mile for us. We'll definitely be recommending him and calling him up first for any future transports.

Do not use this company, seriously. I signed up with them and they purposely didn't sort out the details with the carrier until it was almost too late. And guess what? The price they quoted me suddenly skyrocketed. I tried to negotiate, but those guys, Nathan at X and some other person at X, they wouldn't even bother returning my calls. I called them multiple times, but nada. By that point, I was running out of time for pickup, so I had no choice but to cough up nearly double the amount with another company, although it's probably still less than what Route Runners would have charged me.

I got a quote from Route Runners Auto Transport three weeks ago. They told me to wait until 1/1 for more details. But there was no communication until I started calling on 1/4. I left four voicemails over four days. Then, the day before the scheduled pickup, they finally called me back. They said they "misquoted" me and now I had to pay an extra $400. They basically said they couldn't help me and canceled my order because I refused to pay the additional amount. This happened right before I was about to move across the country, leaving me with the task of finding another car carrier at the last minute.

I tried to get my Can Am Spyder picked up a week before Thanksgiving and delivered before the holiday. Route Runner assured me there would be no problem, but unfortunately, there were several issues. The bike was supposed to be picked up on the Friday before Thanksgiving, then it got pushed to Monday, and then I received another call on Tuesday saying they would finally pick it up. It ended up arriving at my house at 6:45 pm, when it was supposed to be picked up at 9 am. I had informed Dan about the size and weight of the bike, but the driver arrived with a carrier that was not suitable for the job and didn't have enough space. I explained what was needed multiple times, but was told not to worry. However, the bike is still in my driveway and has not been delivered. Dan can easily deceive you with false promises. I would not recommend dealing with them as they are not reliable at all.

Bought my mom a car as a surprise. Planned to drive it from Rochester, NY to Florida, but Covid-19 messed up my plans. Looked into transport companies and spoke with Rob from Route Runners. He was great and convinced me to use them in just 2 minutes on the phone. We agreed on pricing, pickup dates, and delivery. Everything seemed smooth until pickup. It was professional and made me confident in my choice. Pickup on Thursday, drop off on Wednesday. But then things went downhill. The car was 3 days late, so I emailed Rob at Route Runners. They use the excuse of an accident with the truck carrying your car, as mentioned in some feedback comments. Well, Rob... The contract clearly stated pickup on July 2nd and delivery on July 8th. Pickup went well, but no call or delivery on July 8th. I called and expressed my concern. You explained there was an accident where another rig backed into our driver at a stop, causing damage. The new delivery date was now Friday, July 10th. I spoke with the transport driver on July 10th, and he said he was on 120th and would be at my mom's house in about an hour. I called you to confirm, as she lives on 144th in ***. Seemed reasonable, right? But at 3:54 PM, the driver called to say he missed the stop and was in Miami, 3 hours away from my mom's house. The 120th he mentioned was in the Everglades. He apologized and I asked about Wednesday. He seemed confused and said he didn't pick up the car from Buffalo until Tuesday. No mention of an accident. The driver said he could drop off the car on Saturday, July 11th, since he was in Miami. I understand delays happen, but this was not what you promised. I have invested over $15,000 in this delivery and I'm disgusted and disappointed. The agreement was pickup on July 2nd and delivery on July 8th. Finally, my mom received the car safely and signed off on the delivery. The driver even sent me pictures of her with the car. Before I end my personal experience review with Route Runners, I wanted to express my complaint. I hope you can somehow make it up to me. It would have been helpful to have a tracking number to know the car's location. I can't solely blame Erin and Bills Transport since you hired them. Regards, (Me).
