I have a loan for a RV. They will not provide a detail statement of the break down of payments toward principal
and intrest. I have called and requested four days ago.
They stated will take a couple of days. I have not received it. Nor is there a way to track request.
No acknowledgment via email of request. No acknowledgment on website of request under messages.

Desired outcome: Transparency of monthly payments. Statement reflect payment, principle and intrest, and balance monthly.
