My name Is Donald Costello
For over 20 years I have done business with us bank at their 10th street and highway 2 office in Lincoln Nebraska and have been very pleased with the customer service they provide.
However, the cybersecurity services that you as a multi-billion dollar international bank are not only inadequate, but they are also atrocious.
I will be reporting to us bank and its executive and security officers to federal and state agencies where I demand an apology, compensation, and immediate improvement.

I have wrestled with the cybersecurity system that has caused me to not receive presents for my children now for 4 more days. Not only does your cybersecurity system stink, but you also seem to not have anyone on staff that knows anything about the subject.
I order a good deal of items with my us bank debit card. You have canceled four of my cards. The current one is working.
I demand compensatory compensation for this situation.
If I do not receive an equitable offer of compensation, I will not only file with BBB but will inform Washington Banking regulations of your incompetence
