Nice folks at the local branches but almost never get through to them, automatically sent to the national number with varying degrees of English ability. Tried multiple nearby branches. Not even an option to leave a callback message.
Weird and frustrating that people in a branch only 25 miles away are consistently too busy or understaffed to answer a question from their local customers.
