I handle my mom, dad, grandson, and a few biz accounts for a total of 8 checking accounts at US bank. They send email, please contact us with accout update info does NOT say which account. Call customer service, oops something was returned confirm address. OK. All fixed. Same email a week later again does not say whic account. Call customer service, you need an updated trust cert brought in for this account or it will be closed 1/22/26. OK FAX cert. My mom and husband had a joint LLC account she died, went into Los Lunas branch should have known better they had already screwed up, my mom's addressed changed it to a real address, but wrong, she was in Mexico. They are mailing her ATM card and PIN to a wrong address that THEY changed. I bring in a POA for her as they will not correct it ans he is not in the country. They put the POA on my account with my father? So I have a POA on my own account? My mom dies so I go with my husband to remove my dead mom from the account and add me. My mom appointed me as member in 2018, before that I was manager. She had Alzheimers and ended in a facilty in Guadalajara. When 1 on a joint account dies the other owns the money, there was no reason for any of this. So the account pops up in my portal today with $0 balance. Do not risk it with these people. So where did they put my money? How long will it take to get it back? Anyone else have bills that need to be paid and is in a bind when US BANK robs you?
