This is the Bank on 13th Ave. Fargo ND. Across the street from West Acere's Mall. The Bald headed guy that works as a Teller when you walk into the Bank is the Rudest person I have every talked to in a bank. I said one day, Do you think you are cut out for Customer Service at a bank and he said why? I said you are the most unfriendly person I have ever delt with in a bank. He said I can get a lot tougher on you. I said what does that mean and he said you will see. Well I have never ever had a problem with my Debit card drawing out cash any place at any ATM. Now my Debit Card don't work just about every time I want to draw Cash or pay for a purchase or Meal. I have called U S Bank probably 18 times already with in the last two months and they say its on now but the next time I try to use it I get a Declined notice. I finally got it Figured out. That Bald head at U S Bank is locking my card he has to be. I am so Damn sick of this that if they don't Fire him I am leaving U S Bank for Good. I don't know what his problem is but I heard from other people also complaining about him. I hate to leave this bank but every time I go inside the bank on 13th Ave Fargo he is behind the counter and is so rude it makes you wonder why they would have some one with that kind of attitude even work there. This weekend I tryed to use my Debit card to get Cash eight different times at four different locations and it said your Transaction is Declined. One was even an ATM at the Hospital on 32nd Ave. You talk about being tee'ed off. I don't know why it took me so long to figure it out that it's him but I know it now for sure. Next time I walk into that bank and he is still there I am Going to CLOSE ALL OF MY ACCOUNTS and GO TO GATE CITY BANK. I HEAR THEY ARE GREAT. ANYONE ELSE HAVE PROBLEMS WITH THIS BALD HEAD PLEASE SUBMIT YOUR REPLYS HERE.
